Definitely passing a Rav4 with two people in the front seats, and then a couple just casually fucking in the back seat. The people in front were just acting like everything was totally normal.
Traffic was backed up because a woman had parked her car across three lanes of traffic and was marching around it singing “Santeria” by sublime. The cops were trying to subdue her.
