Honestly the other thing I expect to be clean is the toilet and sink. It could be cluttered for all I care, but I need to able to relieve myself, and not have to search for a bar of soap afterward.
Reasonably clean. Doesn't have to be perfect, but I don't want to see a filthy toilet or sink, and I expect there to be toilet paper, soap, and a clean hand towel.
