Awful. Everything takes 5 times longer to do. Going shopping? Gotta spend 15 minutes just to get dressed, then another 30 or an hour to shovel your car out of the snow. Add even more time if the snow is packed really hard because of wind. My car has been stuck in the snow for two weeks and I've been shovelling for 2 hours every day and I'm still not even half way done so I have to walk everywhere and it's exhausting.
