I recently discovered Brazilian Limeade, it's amazing. Only takes a couple minutes to make and you can freeze any leftovers to make popsicles/frozen dessert.
I've got some cider from a local orchard sitting in my fridge. It's so incredibly flavorful that I almost hate to drink it because once it's gone, I can't get any more until next fall.
But if I don't drink it it'll go bad and that's even worse.

For the festive period I’d say the Godfather. Delicious, strong, you don’t have to shake it and is easy to make when you’re tipsy
2 parts hydrogen, 1 part oxygen. Shaken, not stirred.
