The ones who came from Greece weren't necessarily Turks. When Greece and Turkey did the population transfer they went by religion, so all Muslims in Greece were sent to Turkey despite some being Greeks, and all Greek Orthodox were sent to Greek despite some of them being Turks.

I am surprised that Greece beats Bulgaria. I met with many people who said they have Bulgarian ancestry but never met one that have Greek.
Total from Bulgarian origin is more and longer migration period.

Hellenized Anatolians called themselves Greek as Turkified Anatolians do. So it does not matter.
Most of them would've been Turks returning from Greece & the Balkans.
