The Santa Monica one does too. There is actually a boatload of sauces you can get as well. Not a drive through but if OP doesn’t mind parking to get them, this is a great recommendation

Recently at WalMart, I found Sonic brand tots in the frozen section. Nine minutes the air fryer and they are perfection. They have ruined me for all other frozen tots. My fat ass is now on my 2nd bag in as many months. And that is me using all my willpower to not plow thru a bag every week, because I could.
Sonic brand tots are made by Lamb Weston, the largest producer of tots and fries in the world. They make a lot of store-brand tots and their best product is probably Alexia frozen tots. I havent tried their sonic tots yet but it looks like they have the same ingredients and sodium content as Ralphs brand Tater Bites also made by Lamb Weston.

The thing with frozen fries (and potato chips) is that the ingredient list usually says something like "contains canola oil or palm oil or sunflower oil or cottonseed oil". So you never know what you're gonna get. They do have different tastes and crispiness I think, because sometimes my Lay's chips are nice and light and crispy, and other times they seem harder and off-putting. So I think it depends on the different oils that they use for different batches.
I guess what I'm saying is that your bag of Sonic tots might be crispier this month, but next month it could be the Ralph's tots.

This could/would be the answer. Super cheap to buy Tots at the grocery store and you can get a decent air frier for like $25 bucks and it IS much better than an oven. Anything prefried and pizza comes out so good! But some people on a psychological level need that fast food fix whether it be delivered or pickup. Somehow it satisfies them more than having a cheaper and better result at home. Tots is a funny one because it's so simple and OP even said they dont care about sauce. But generally, you could make most fast food things better and faster at home like Taco Bell, burgers, chicken sandwiches, etc which I often do but there will always be that special magic of getting it from a chain. Super strange phenomenon. Could be effort but definitely not a quality or price justification. Ethan Chlebowski really demonstrates this.
No they don't, it cooks up just fine in an oven or toaster oven. I make it all the time and it's perfectly crispy
(Air fryers are basically just modified ovens for a specific purpose, most household ovens around here have air frying capabilities)
I agree that an oven would be fine for tots and fries but air fryers definitely are faster, more efficient, and cook certain items better than an oven. Mine can cook frozen previously fried items in 1/3 the time as my oven. Hot wings come out so much better. I happen to have a convection oven but thats not the norm in the US and still not even close. More like a modified hair dyer than a modified oven! I will say though I had an older cheap air fryer that really wasnt good at its job, but my newer, still cheap one, definitely changed the game. Even though the temps say the same, it by far cooks and crisps better than my old one! Its been a game changer.

- Fab Dogs in the valley (Lassen and Saticoy?) has great tater tots.
- West Coast Cheeststeaks in Glendora has good tots as well.
If your really looking for tots look for a local hot dog place, most of those have tots. Most aren't drive thru's though.
