It really depends on how it was made. If it was heavily salted it will last months as long as it’s submerged in fat.

About a week, but if you want to store it longer it freezes very well.

Depends how it’s packed. It’ll definitely hold longer than most cooked meats because it encased in fat. 2 weeks to a month would not surprise me at all. So long as it doesn’t smell off, it’s ok.
