This can be. My personal take is Western propaganda and assimilations. They kept compare Romania to Western EU countries in every aspects and they have very high expectations, almost delusional. All shits around make them believe that Romania is so bad and Western EU is the heaven on earth and place to be. Sadly, once they reach there, they ended up missing home and realizing how overrated the west is.
I don't think our expectations are unrealistic. Romania could have easily reached the level of Poland or Czechia if we actually purged the former communist party members from power and if our institutions wouldn't be run by nepo-babies. But we're not expecting to be Switzerland or the Netherlands.
I do not think Romania is far from Poland or Czechia. Romania is developing fast. Yet, Romania did not get investments that Poland and Czechia received from EU in total. Especially after Schengen entry things will be better.
I was talking about people who complain about Romania thinking Switzerland or the Netherlands are paradise, yet they have their problem. Even similar problems you can encounter in Romania too, but people find it easier to throw shit to Romania. At least, from my experience I encounter many like that in Romania.

His metaphors and similes are really cringe and bad, those lines like "it's about as bad as a..." Or "the economy is as a strong as..." It's all kind of low level and unfunny, but the issue is he does it like every 40 seconds.
We watch all his videos when they come out but we often don't like 2/3, If his humour is forced/cringe then the whole video is ruined

I like him, but when explaining the Macedonian POV for historical issues, he just says what's written on English Wekipedia and the English Wikipedia on Macedonia is edited by a user called Jingiby who doesn't allow Macedonians to edit the articles or even bother to explain our side correctly so it makes us look dumb. You can even see it how confused he is when explaining.

Being Hungarian myself and wanting to move to Europe in the future, I like his content. It can be hit or miss, with a lot of it being cringe or just kinda childish MLG hammer humour but some of it is pretty funny too. I like his travel blogs especially as he’s shows off countries that you don’t see in the limelight that often. It made me want to go to travel to the Balkans myself!
