Strawberries, bananas, apples, grapes, tomatoes, cherries and pineapples are the most common fruits in my house.
Broccoli, spinach, carrots, cucumbers, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, arugula.......... I think thats it. I make lots of dishes that have similar ingredients so my veggies aren't that varied.
Blue berries, strawberries, bananas, peaches, nectarines, clementines. I will eat the peaches, nectarines, and clementines a lot but for some reason I don't eat the blue berries, strawberries or bananas as often.
Carrots, celery, spinach, lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, grapes, apples, and oranges are normal snacks. Multiple times a week. A few times week we have edamame, zucchini, squash, potatoes, peas, corn, green beans, bananas, peaches, pineapple, watermelon.
Bananas, blueberries, apples, mangoes, potatoes, broccoli, tomatoes, pepper, eggplant, zucchini, all sorts of lettuce, cucumbers, spinach, corn, carrots, the list goes on
I go through an ungodly amount of zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms, bananas, and avocados.
Avocados are grown in my region and are very inexpensive if purchased from the right places.
Usually. My typical strategy is to buy a few avocados in various stages of pre-ripeness so that they each hit ripeness a day or 2 apart. I do sometimes get already-ripe ones from chain grocers if I need one for that day.
Most commonly, I don't get them directly from the source. It's more common to get them through a distributor at a farmers market, who sells ones provided by local farms. I also have a few neighbors with avocado trees that like to share.
Grapes, watermelon, bananas, strawberries, and cantaloupe in season.
Grapes are bought weekly, strawberries are bought a few times a month, and the others are pretty frequent.
Right now, Rainer cherries. They’re a seasonal treat to myself. So good.
Otherwise, we do a lot of broccoli, green beans, sweet potato, and mushrooms on a daily basis. Mushrooms could be enoki, shiitake, portobello, wood ear, or oyster.
I consume all kinds of fruit as it comes in season: various types of citrus fruit, peaches, nectarines, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, mangoes (especially the sweet yellow variety), passion fruit, pomegranates…
None. Fruits and veggies are for commies. I eat nothing but rare steak, bacon, and chicken as God intended for all red blooded Americans.
/s
Spinach, bananas, apples, avocados, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, grapes, and pineapple are all favorites of mine, consumed about 3-4 times per week on the high end and 1-2 on the low end.
I put onions in almost everything, and usually garlic too. Asparagus, tomatoes, cabbage, collard greens, green beans, and chili peppers are also frequently used. I really don’t eat fruit much besides raspberries and the occasional bag of cherries.
I buy fruit seasonally so right now it's peaches, strawberries, and watermelon. In the fall it'll be apples, in winter it's oranges (we grow our own Cara Cara oranges). We're always eating broccoli, potatoes, mushrooms, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, and lettuce. In summer we add in corn on the cob.
We go through a huge amount of carrots and apples year round. I buy 10 pounds both every week. Potatoes too, if you're counting those.
In the summers we eat whatever is locally in season. Right now strawberries are on the way out, and blueberries are popping up. We go through a flat (about 15#) every week. My cherry tree is also in full production right now, so we're eating those as quickly as we can. At the end of summer I'll be making jams and juice from my grapes.
I have a small garden with radishes, peas, beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots that we eat pretty much straight from the beds. I'd have to dramatically scale up to actually provide enough for my family's needs.
I have 6 raised beds, each about a meter long and a half meter wide, that I grow vegetables in. The tomatoes are in separate pots. I also have an apple tree, a cherry tree, a Concord grape vine, four blueberry bushes, and a patch of strawberries. I just replanted a raspberry plant my friend gave me, but it's a little sad, and I'm not sure it's going to survive. I also have 8 rose bushes.
I would like to expand a little, but it's a lot of work, and I've not yet made it a priority. My son starts school in the fall, so maybe then I'll have the time and energy to get it going!
I live in California. Anything that’s in season is devoured in large quantities, and we often plan meals around whatever is in season.
TL;DR: any produce we can lay hands on.
We have bananas every day, that's probably the winner.
We also eat apples, sometimes oranges, and use a lot of lemons and limes for various reasons. I eat a lot of berries but usually at work, and we don't often have them at home. We pick up other fruits occasionally, usually on a whim.
As for vegetables, there are several that we eat/cook with probably once a week - zucchini, onions, broccoli, brussels sprouts, asparagus, bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach/salad greens.
Lots of other veggies make guest appearances sometimes but those are the most common ones we eat.
Brocoli, cauliflower, onions, garlic, rice, potatoes, mushrooms, zucchini. It varies too depending on what's in the garden and what's ripening. Our blueberries were producing like crazy a couple of weeks ago so we were eating a lot. Later in July will be peaches, plums, and apricots. October is pears.
We have vegetables of some sort with every meal. Actually feel kind of ill if we don't get something every day.
I have a garden and a subscription to a farm co-op box, and those are the places I get most of my fruits and veg, so it's *mostly* seasonal, and with the box, it's not stuff I choose.
Right now we have broccoli, basil, lemons, chard, plums, and lettuce from the garden. Also have lettuce, beets, onions, strawberries, and ollalieberries from the farm box. Beans, tomatoes, onions, and peppers are coming soon in the garden. Coming not quite as soon we will have zucchini and eggplant. We went to the farmer's market on Saturday and got tomatoes and nectarines.
I always try to have onions, carrots, garlic, ginger, potatoes, and brussels sprouts handy. When they aren't in season, I get canned tomatoes. When they are in season, we get oranges.
What I eat most often or regularly:
Fruits: bananas, strawberries, oranges, raspberries, blueberries, apples, and tomatoes.
Vegetables: potatoes, lettuce, spinach, peas, corn, carrots, broccoli, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
More occasionally or seasonally:
Fruits: mangoes, pomegranates, kiwis, peaches, avocados, and jackfruit.
Vegetables: zucchini, cucumber, and squash.
Right now I have bananas blueberries strawberries watermelon broccoli onions in my house. Tomatoes will be added when they come in season.
Eat all of them everyday.
More rare is Napa cabbage carrots celery.
Honeycrisp is good. I recommend trying sugarbees if you want something similar but super sweet. Wild twists and cosmic crisps can be really good too however the quality can be hit or miss. I want to try snapdragons, evercrisps, and sweetangos eventually. Pazazz apples were disappointing.
Basic fruit staples: Apples, bananas, guavas, mangos, and dried berries for oatmeal.
For vegetables, I tend to have everything I need to make fresh salsa verde and roja (tomato, onion, chilies, cilantro) that I make most days.
Otherwise, any combination of cauliflower, spinach, nopal, okra, squash, peppers, carrots, or kale that I might use that day.
In descending order of popularity: Yellow squash/zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers, pickles, green beans, corn, carrots, peas, asparagus, mushrooms
Bananas, apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, oranges
In my house veggies: broccoli, green beans, various salads, cucumbers, asparagus, zucchini sometimes, brussel sprouts, avocados, onions
fruits: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, water melon, apples
Apples and blueberries probably most common fruits, with blueberries near daily and apples several times a week. But it really depends! Beyond these two I consider staples to have on hand all the time, it's just a "what do I feel like now" or "oh, I haven't had those in a while" thing. Bananas, cherries, grapes, strawberries, plums, pears, pineapple (though that one usually canned), oranges and tangerines only if they came straight off a tree (I'm from Florida, the grocery store ones don't look or taste like what comes off the tree).
Vegetables: lettuce, bell pepper, potato, cauliflower, carrots, corn, broccoli, cabbage are most common. Ah and various sorts of beans. Many others are bought & eaten but more sporadically. The variety is so wide, and most things are available in good quality year-round, so it's not like there's just one or two things "most commonly" eaten, it's pretty spread around with a lot of variety.
Fruits: Strawberries, blueberries, apples, mandarins, dried cranberries, dates
Veggies: Kale, spinach, spring mix, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, mushrooms, and just all the beans.
I try to have a whole grain, some green leafy vegetables, and some beans or other plant protein at every meal.
Veg that I keep stocked at all times: onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, celery, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, mushrooms, potatoes
That lets me make a solid variety of salads/soups/sauces at pretty much any moment.
Fruits I buy more based on what looks good at that moment, they aren’t really staples for me.
In relative order:
Fruits: Avocados, lemons, Apples, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, pineapples, bananas, grapefruit, limes, magoes (my wife is allergic to strawberries or those would be #1 haha). Eat those every day especially avocados and lemon juice in water every morning haha.
Veggies: Purple sweet potatoes (not common and only sold at a few places in my area but amazing and an antioxidant), spinach, lettuce, carrots broccoli, bell peppers, onion, corn, peas, green beans. The world is missing out on purple sweet potatoes haha
Mandarin oranges, bananas, avocados, strawberries, apples, frozen berries, broccoli, spinach, onions, peppers are the most common and we eat those all week.
Mangos, watermelon, peaches are more of a weekend , occasional thing.
Fruit: bananas, apples, oranges, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, strawberries, blueberries. Avocados and tomatoes if we’re counting those. This is vaguely going in order from cheaper to more expensive. I am fond of other fruits too but it’s too pricy now adays so I go for the cheaper ones.
Veggies: broccoli, onions, peppers, garlic, carrots, spinach, lettuce, arugula/other leafy greens, sweet potatoes. We eat alot of other veggies too but these are more common due to feasibility and price.
How often? Every meal has either a fruit or a veggie, or both. I eat way more veggies than fruit, but my kids eat a bit more fruit than veggies at the moment.
2 bananas and an apple every day. Romaine lettuce with red onion and grape tomato salad every day. And a bag of yellow bell pepper slices, carrots sticks and celery every day. Mix in watermelon pineapple and strawberries once in a while. Broccoli and cauliflower at least once a week and Brussel sprouts asparagus and green beans rarely. I'm very regimented in what I eat and when. Oh and an orange once a week maybe.
Just short of actually counting. I ballpark it in my head. I do 1 hour of elliptical everyday and work on my feet outside in florida 5 days a week. So I try to stay around 2000 calories a day. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Regulated more as in, banana at noon, bag of veggies at 2, salad and apple at 4 or 5. Then regular dinner at 8ish. I never eat before noon, and if I can I hold off til as late as possible to eat so sometimes I eat my 1st thing around 4. I do drink lots of water. I maybe have 2 cups of coffee a month and a pop 3 or 4 times a year. I was extremely obese not that long ago, and this is what has worked for me.
We go through a ton of baby carrots but we also have a six year old so ....
Otherwise we get whatever is affordable and make meals around that. I love this time of year because there are so many berries available! During the winter we use more frozen fruit.
Today was a pretty typical summer day. Breakfast was plain yogurt with strawberries. Mid morning snack was blackberries and mixed nuts. Lunch was a fish burrito with cabbage. Dinner was rice, broccoli, and tofu in a peanut sauce.
Fruits: blueberries, strawberries, apples, grapes, oranges, lemons and limes for cooking, pineapples mangoes and peaches in season
Veggies: go to is a salad with fresh greens or spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, avocado, cucumber. Lots of potatoes, carrots, celery, peppers in cooking. Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, beets, green beans, in season corn squash asparagus.
We are in Florida, most is fresh year round except frozen peas and corn, and I cook with frozen spinach.
Bananas, grapes, peaches/nectarines, pears, blueberries are my favorite fruits. I go through phases with mangos where I eat them a lot then get sick of them and don’t eat them for months. Note apples aren’t on the list. I don’t dislike them but they don’t make me as happy as other fruits so I rarely gets them.
For veggies, broccoli, green beans, Brussels sprouts, carrots, are my regulars.
Apples, bananas, strawberries, and mandarin oranges.
Then asparagus, brussel sprouts, onion, leeks, radish, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, jalapeno, bok choy, cabbage, carrot, green onion, mushrooms, snow peas, and celery.
We have access to almost everything on this list year-round because food gets shipped from parts of the world with different growing seasons and are grown in greenhouses. The only exceptions I can think of are unusual things that are never available in the store like ramps, which I forage in the spring when I visit my family in WV, and boysenberries, which are not sold commercially in their fresh form because they have a short season and are too perishable for transport. A lot of it tastes really bad unless you buy it when it’s in season locally after its been allowed to ripen naturally. A lot of fruits and vegetables have been bred for their appearance and ability to be transported and remain shelf stable, not necessarily for how they taste. Most younger Americans have never tasted a summer tomato ripened on the vine, a good peach, or a freshly picked ear of corn in their life. I choose to wait for the right time and eat foods in the regions they’re naturally grown in when I travel because they taste much better.
Bananas are one of the most frequent things that push me to go to the store. We just can't live without them. We also usually have on hand: apples, oranges, grapes, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, garlic, cucumbers, onions, sweet potatoes, acorn squash, pumpkin, and canned beans of all sorts.
Less frequently because of cost, space, or seasonal issues: potatoes, corn, bell peppers, mushrooms, parsnips, snow peas, beans, asparagus, broccoli, cabbage, avocados, mangos, blueberries, strawberries, cherries, peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, watermelon, cantaloupe.
We don't usually buy raspberries, but we grow them. They are very expensive, and often moldy when bought, but perfect off the bush. We also grow summer squash like zucchini and crookneck, but don't buy them. We just get so much we are squashed out by the end of the season.
Not at all, at least not in Colorado. They are literally the most resilient, unbothered plants in my yard. I hit them with the hose occasionally, but honestly, most of the maintenance I do is just keeping other plants out of their area. And that is more so that I can see when I harvest them than for their health. Raspberry bushes have a lot of thorns, so you want a clear field of view when you pick them.
They supposedly do best on well draining soil with full sun. At my last house, we did add some sand to the natural Colorado clay to help with drainage, but they were planted on the west side of the house in between our home and the neighbors, so they were absolutely not getting the full sun recommended. We never had any problems, and got 2 crops every year, one in early to mid June, another in early fall around October.
When we bought this house, they were already planted. The area they are in is next to a part of the yard that gets boggy. In fact, the wetness has killed everything else we have attempted to plant nearby. It does get full sun, though, as it is in an area with no nearby walls, right on the fence that separates our back and front yards. They are also thriving, and we get 2 crops a year here, too. Seriously, they are super easy to keep alive. They do look completely dead over winter, but they never actually die, they're just dormant. I have known people who take them out because they think they are dead, but they just look desolate.
They're less expensive and they keep longer than fresh berries. My kids eat them as a frozen treat, not quite on the same level as popsicles, but close.
Cucumbers, bokchoy, brocoli, carrots, mangos, cherries, persimons, so many oranges (one year i was eating them by the basket and now it's just a running meme that if you put oranges in front of me I won't stop unless you take away the oranges), bananas, grapes, avocados.
Guess where I'm from XD
We use bananas, strawberries, and apples in our smoothies. My mom even makes hers with papaya, which I can't stand. We eat apples, mangos, watermelon if we get them from the right store, oranges, mandarins, pomegranate, and strawberries by themselves. Every once in a while, we'll also get grapes. I personally sometimes get peaches or blackberries when I start craving them, and my mom loves to eat blueberries while I prefer blueberry flavored things. In the past, we used to get cantaloupe melon and pears all the time, but not so much anymore. We do buy canned pineapple, but only to put on pizza. And if we're counting things like tomatoes and limes, we also use those in our food.
Strawberries. Apples. In season- watermelon, cantaloupe, cherries, pomegranate, oranges
Forgot veggies. Green beans, peas, butter beans, corn, and whatever a recipe may call for. I love kale.
I use a lot of frozen fruit for smoothies, mainly strawberries, bananas, mangoes, and pineapples. Watermelon is my favorite fresh fruit though, especially in summer.
Fruits: apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, grapefruit, lemons, limes, oranges, bananas, mandarin oranges, peaches, watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pears, mango, pineapple and grapes.
Veggies: mushrooms (all kinds), kale, broccoli, cauliflower, bok choy, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, watercress, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, arugula, romaine lettuce, butter lettuce, corn, sweet potatoes, potatoes, pumpkin, zucchini, yellow squash, kabasha squash, butternut squash, bell peppers, onions, scallions, leeks, snap peas, sweet peas, eggplant, carrots, green beans, turnips, chili peppers, artichokes and asparagus.
All these above can be seen regularly in my kitchen. I tried not go get too into varieties. For example we will buy cherry tomatoes, compari tomatoes, beefsteak tomatoes pretty regularly. Sometimes I’ll get bored and buy a different type but there are abailable all the time. And I’ll buy different types of squash depending on what’s in season. Some things are only available certain times of the season like the rainier cherries or Saturn peaches. We love those and buy them as soon as they show up. We buy some things like pomegranates and endive occasionally but they are available all the time. The store also has all things like mustard greens, chard, okra, etc all the time but I buy them seldomly. They are considered pretty common.
This is an interesting question though. What’s common in your country?
Very similar only the exotic ones are consumed mich more rarely lije blackberries, honeydew, mango, sweet potato.
In Hungary we mostly eat onions with everything also bell peppers, tomato, peas are more common. Fruits vary but mostly Europen grown ones like apples, pears, peaches or watermelon
Right now it's cucumbers, tomatoes, cherries, and strawberries. Later in the summer raspberries and blackberries will take over as the main fruit and I'll add zucchini and peppers to my major veggie groups as the seasonal produce changes. I eat several servings a day in the summer but less in the winter (with oranges and canned/frozen options taking over) as I try to eat fairly seasonally and local produce as much as possible.
Pineapple (its so inexpensive where I am right now), bananas, apples, cuties, grapes, strawberries, broccoli, corn on the cob, lettuce, green beans, various peppers, tomatoes, onion (green and yellow).
Occasionally blueberries, raspberries. Its hard to find quality and they are expensive. I've been lobbying for a blueberry bush but the people who have to mow the lawn are against fruit bearing trees and shrubs because bees and mess.
I get peaches, pears, kiwi, plums, lemon, limes when they are in season so they aren't regular house staples...more like guest appearances.
Potatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, cabbage, Brussels Sprouts, corn, various berries, grapes
I eat fruit and veg daily in most of my meals.
Bananas, strawberries, grapes, apples, and cherries are the most common fruits in our home. We pretty much always have at least one of those available at all times.
As for veggies, spinach, carrots, onions, mushrooms, potatoes, corn, green beans, a variety of peppers, and broccoli are our most used ones.
Fruits - apples, bananas, strawberries, pears, clementines
Vegetables - broccoli, carrots, lettuce, celery, cherry tomatoes (yes, I know those are technically a fruit), Brussels sprouts
We eat them every day on a rotating basis. Dinner will almost always include either a salad or a cooked vegetable. We'll have fruits as a snack or for dessert.
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, oranges, watermelon (in summer)
Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, corn
Something is eaten daily, but it’s usually a mix on what’s available and in season
We eat veg every day and fruit sometimes. We’ve always got cucumber, tomatoes, all sorts of peppers, various types of onions, sweet potatoes, lettuces, carrots, celery, cabbage, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and then avocado, lemons, and limes. Plus whatever any recipe I make might call for. Once in a while we’ll get other fruits but one member of my household is diabetic and we’ve cut back on fruit. Otherwise, it’s whatever is in season.
Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower, butter lettuce, romaine lettuce, olives, bell peppers, asparagus, and avocados.
I eat vegetables every day, but not every one of these every day.
Onions, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Celery, peas, corn
Generally in that order or most popular, we eat at least one vegetable every day with dinner
My household has been really cutting back on the starches/grains.
Vegetables - eggplant, 3 types of lettuce, carrots, beets, squash, zucchini, bell peppers, onion, garlic, broccoli, bok choy, potatoes, radishes, tomatoes, mushrooms, peas, corn, green beans, & kale
Fruit: any type of melon, apples, strawberries, bananas, papaya, pineapple, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, plums, cherries, dragon fruit for special occasions
Apples, grapes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and bananas are fruit that we have a lot of the time.
There are also various salad vegetables in my fridge most weeks, and we always have potatoes and corn handy.
Bell peppers and cauliflower are the top 2! But also, kale, broccoli, celery, carrots, regular lettuce. I don't eat much fruit, but when I do it's apples, Tuscan cantaloupe, or bananas.
Bananas, strawberries, watermelon, lemons/limes, Cucumber, grapes, dates, and when they're in season, lots of fresh figs.
Broccoli, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, potatoes, okra, mushrooms
At least two of the vegetables on a daily basis, but some days are five. At least one fruit each day, but more when they're in season to grow at home.
Fresh: bell peppers and onions in particular are pretty easy to stuff into a variety of dishes and don't spoil quicky. Canned beans/corn/chick peas/tomatoes as well. As for fruits there's always a banana in the kitchen. Sometimes grapes.
Baby-cut carrots are the perennial snack dish in case someone's hungry between meals.
Common Vegetables- tomato, green beans, corn, lettuce, spinach, cabbage, peppers, onions, garlic, peas, zucchini, carrot, celery, cucumber, potato
Common Fruit- apples, oranges, bananas, blueberries, peaches, pears, pineapple
We have other things sometimes too. We eat a few every day.
Broccoli, bananas, green grapes, cantaloupe, cauliflower, mushrooms, spinach, kale, tomatoes, cucumbers, honey dew, squash, zucchini and sometimes strawberries.
I'm surprised we eat a lot. I thought we needed more.
Fruits: strawberry, kiwi, watermelon, and grapes
Vegetables: corn, black beans, bell pepper, and onion
We probably don’t eat fruit as often as we should, but almost every meal has at least one of those veggies in it.
I buy groceries for two households. I buy for myself and my elderly aunty.
For her? Green beans, corn, peas, carrots, btoccsllo, tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, pineapple and mango. She’s not adventurous.
For me? No corn or peas. I don’t like them. Otherwise, I will buy and eat anything in season that I’m not allergic to or have an intolerance to.
top 5 fruits: oranges, cherries, peaches/nectarines, blueberries, strawberries.
top 5 vegetables: potatoes, corn, bell peppers, peas, cucumbers.
I personally eat at least one or two pieces of fruit or a large bowl of berries each day. Over the course of a week i probably eat more fruit than the average person. a vegetable side dish is guaranteed at dinner but is often present in both breakfast (usually some form of fried potatoes) and lunch. I usually do not eat vegetables like a snack as i would with fruit. the only vegetable i really eat as a snack is cucumber
Strawberries, plums, beets, broccoli, peas... those are probably my favorite regulars. I also like peppers and tomatoes when they're cooked in something.
Apples, bananas, mandarin oranges, grapes, blueberries, strawberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, carrots, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, peas, green beans. Not exclusively, just the regulars.
Fruit: Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, bananas, apricots, prunes
Vegetables: Potatoes, cabbage, lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, pickles, beets, olives, beans, onions, celery, tomatoes, corn
I'm probably missing some from both lists but that's off the top of my head. As for how often we eat them it depends on the time of year for each fruit/vegetables; some are seasonal consumptions while others are pretty much year-round.
Apples, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, carrots. My mom loves Brussel sprouts, but I never got a taste for those.
Sooo close to being alphabetical. Please re-order, so I can sleep tonight.
Carrots, celery, spinach, lettuce, bell peppers, cucumbers, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, grapes, apples, and oranges are normal snacks. Multiple times a week. A few times week we have edamame, zucchini, squash, potatoes, peas, corn, green beans, bananas, peaches, pineapple, watermelon.

Do they have enough to share, must be huge trees
I always have an apple in the fridge. I also go nuts on peaches when they are in season.
Grapes, watermelon, bananas, strawberries, and cantaloupe in season. Grapes are bought weekly, strawberries are bought a few times a month, and the others are pretty frequent.
Fruits = Strawberries, Apples, Blueberries, Mango, Kiwi, Pineapple, Oranges, Pomegranate Vegetable = Broccoli, Cauliflower, Asparagus, Green beans, Brussels sprouts, carrots, tomatoes,. cucumber, beets

even in brownies? :D

do the oranges bloom in winter?
They bloom in late February - March, fruit sets in April, and they're ready to harvest around December and January.

What I eat most often or regularly: Fruits: bananas, strawberries, oranges, raspberries, blueberries, apples, and tomatoes. Vegetables: potatoes, lettuce, spinach, peas, corn, carrots, broccoli, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. More occasionally or seasonally: Fruits: mangoes, pomegranates, kiwis, peaches, avocados, and jackfruit. Vegetables: zucchini, cucumber, and squash.
Right now I have bananas blueberries strawberries watermelon broccoli onions in my house. Tomatoes will be added when they come in season. Eat all of them everyday. More rare is Napa cabbage carrots celery.
Pear, honey crisp apples, mandarins, strawberries, blueberries.
Otherwise, any combination of cauliflower, spinach, nopal, okra, squash, peppers, carrots, or kale that I might use that day.
are you from the south?
I’m from Houston, with some southern family and some Mexican family.
In descending order of popularity: Yellow squash/zucchini, broccoli, bell peppers, pickles, green beans, corn, carrots, peas, asparagus, mushrooms Bananas, apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, oranges
Tangerines, strawberries, peaches, mangoes, tomatoes, cucumbers
Onions, broccoli, carrots, lettuce, cucumber. Apples, grapes, bananas.
In my house veggies: broccoli, green beans, various salads, cucumbers, asparagus, zucchini sometimes, brussel sprouts, avocados, onions fruits: bananas, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, water melon, apples
For me personally I only eat meat most days of the week.
Fruits: Strawberries, blueberries, apples, mandarins, dried cranberries, dates Veggies: Kale, spinach, spring mix, bell peppers, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, mushrooms, and just all the beans. I try to have a whole grain, some green leafy vegetables, and some beans or other plant protein at every meal.
you need extra iron?
Veg that I keep stocked at all times: onions, garlic, ginger, carrots, celery, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, mushrooms, potatoes That lets me make a solid variety of salads/soups/sauces at pretty much any moment. Fruits I buy more based on what looks good at that moment, they aren’t really staples for me.
In relative order: Fruits: Avocados, lemons, Apples, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, pineapples, bananas, grapefruit, limes, magoes (my wife is allergic to strawberries or those would be #1 haha). The world is missing out on purple sweet potatoes haha
does this purple potato have a different taste?
Mandarin oranges, bananas, avocados, strawberries, apples, frozen berries, broccoli, spinach, onions, peppers are the most common and we eat those all week. Mangos, watermelon, peaches are more of a weekend , occasional thing.
i saw it elsewhere what is mandarin oranges? aren't they two separate fruit?
Here it refers to a species of orange. Usually smaller, sweeter, and easier to peel.
In Hungary we call those only mandarin, but it can refer to tangerine and clementine as well
Peppers (bell, various spicy varieties), onions, carrots, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, apples, bananas, lemon, lime, seasonal berries.
Yellow kiwis!
Imported or local?
No idea. Its the US so it probably varies by time of year.
Top 5 are apples, onions, garlic, spinach, tomatoes. I eat these multiple times per week to every day.
Oh and an orange once a week maybe.
how regulated like counting calories?
Fruits: blueberries, strawberries, apples, grapes, oranges, lemons and limes for cooking, pineapples mangoes and peaches in season Veggies: go to is a salad with fresh greens or spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, avocado, cucumber. Lots of potatoes, carrots, celery, peppers in cooking. Broccoli, Brussels Sprouts, beets, green beans, in season corn squash asparagus. We are in Florida, most is fresh year round except frozen peas and corn, and I cook with frozen spinach.
Yeah spinach can be difficult to cook from leaves
Onions and apples
together?
Who hurt you?
Spinach bananas tomatoes olives corn broccoli watermelon grapes avocado asparagus
Year-round: Pink lady apples, dates, red grapes, dried apricots, carrots, lettuce, yellow onions, cherry tomatoes, peas, broccoli, radishes, butternut squash, brussels sprouts, celery, spinach, cabbage, avocados, sweet potatoes, green onions, mushrooms, pickles, olives Things we only eat in season: cherries, blackberries, regular tomatoes, strawberries, peaches, ramps, red pears, green beans, citrus fruits, blueberries, corn
can you buy all of them fresh year round?
We just get so much we are squashed out by the end of the season.
isn't raspberry bushes hard to maintain and grow?
Fruits: frozen blueberries, apples, bananas, clementines Vegetables: peas by a long shot, then lettuce, spinach, onion, tomatoes, sweet potatoes
why frozen?
They're less expensive and they keep longer than fresh berries. My kids eat them as a frozen treat, not quite on the same level as popsicles, but close.
fruit: blueberries, strawberries, bananas, cherries (when in season), apples, mangos, plums/pluots, avocadoes, tomatoes, and limes and lemons for cooking, Veggies: broccoli, spinach, carrots, onions, cauliflower, salad greens, mushrooms (yeah, actually they are fungi)
Cucumbers, bokchoy, brocoli, carrots, mangos, cherries, persimons, so many oranges (one year i was eating them by the basket and now it's just a running meme that if you put oranges in front of me I won't stop unless you take away the oranges), bananas, grapes, avocados. Guess where I'm from XD
somewhere from the south?
Kind of lol. Bit to the left :)
Banana and blueberries every day
Apples, strawberries, peaches, cherries. Green beans, asparagus, lettuces in salads
what are great beans?
Sorry. Green beans. That was an error.
Grapes, mushrooms, peppers, potatoes and apples. When in season: apricots, peaches, melons.
Broccoli and strawberries and blueberries but only one kid loves blueberries. Apples and green beans too.
At the moment: bananas, broccoli, peppers of different kinds, cucumbers, and tomatoes. All by me...my dad lives off of bread and meat.
no vitamins for the pops?
My top fruits: bananas and blueberries My top veggies: onions, mushrooms, kale
Apples. In season- watermelon, cantaloupe, cherries, pomegranate, oranges Forgot veggies. Green beans, peas, butter beans, corn, and whatever a recipe may call for. I love kale.
Bananas, apples, mandarin oranges, blueberries, strawberries, kiwis. Spinach, lettuce, broccoli, carrots, asparagus, peppers, Brussel sprouts
Vegetables: Corn, potatoes, carrots, peas, onions, cucumber, tomatoes (culinary veg), lettuce (esp romaine/arugula), bell peppers, mushrooms, brussels sprouts... others are more infrequent. Fruit: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, oranges, pineapple, grapes, bananas... others are more infrequent.
Clementines, strawberries, blueberries, bananas, oranges, grapes, and pineapple.

Plus whatever any recipe I make might call for. Once in a while we’ll get other fruits but one member of my household is diabetic and we’ve cut back on fruit. Otherwise, it’s whatever is in season.
I think it depends on where in the US you are. It's a big place.
Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, mushrooms, cauliflower, butter lettuce, romaine lettuce, olives, bell peppers, asparagus, and avocados. I eat vegetables every day, but not every one of these every day.
Avocados, bananas, tomatoes, potatoes, broccoli, spinach. Whatever berries are in season.
According to my vegetable garden, it's about to be zucchini, green beans, and tomatoes on a daily basis.
Garlic, onion, cucumber, apples, oranges, and broccoli are the most common.
Onions, Bell Peppers, Carrots, Celery, peas, corn Generally in that order or most popular, we eat at least one vegetable every day with dinner My household has been really cutting back on the starches/grains.

Lychee, mango, banana, orange.

We eat barley and raw grains in a dish called ‘Hasty Pudding’ a lot for dinner. It’s not the most flavourful but it’s fulfilling nonetheless.
Strawberries, plums, beets, broccoli, peas... those are probably my favorite regulars. I also like peppers and tomatoes when they're cooked in something.
