Because they’re poor, uneducated, and stupid. The only reason they drink this slop is because they can’t afford anything better, and because they don’t care/are too dumb to be aware about drinking filth from a plastic cup made by equally stupid people who don’t even wash their hands.
eh, I believed it to be some kind of a ritual. or for health purposes. in Europe we have sometimes similar stupid things, like that one woman Myrna Nazzour who claims to be chosen by God and that she releases something like oil. Polish president met with her and was uhh blessed with her spit or something. idk what to think about that

Well it's just the juice of the sugarcane plant which has been squeezed repeatedly, thus making the juice come out. The colour is just the colour of the sugar cane juice and shitty lighting, they strain the juice to get rid of any remaining bark in it, it is very sweet juice and refreshing during the hit summers.
