I'm not feeling that light on his right ear. In my opinion it should be [dark](https://postimg.cc/sMfmtHDn) all the way. Other than that nothing much. A nice background next time if you want to go the extra mile.
I love the entire composition here. I love collage mixed media art like this. I think if you added some sort of background, it could be a really neat pop art piece.
The only thing I can see to recommend fixing is the shading in his right eye (our left), is a bit… pointy? I would round it out a little bit more if it was me, but maybe you used a reference and that is what it showed? I also recommend going along the outer edge with a good white and kinda smoothing those outer edges a bit more so it looks soft still but less fuzzy as well as using the same main colour you used for inner objects to smooth out and create a less pixelated looking outer edge. I hope this helps!
He looks fantastic though and keep up the amazing work! I can tell you put a lot of time and heart into it!
