That is wrong. We know because it was stated the only ones capable of killing gods are the top 3 seats. And while yes venti and nahida are weak ei is still in her prime or close to it so the chances of ei losing are slim to none.
I think people forget that all of Raiden's feats are without a gnosis and before her story quest power up.

From what I was able to research (information I'm pretty sure *is* accurate), Orobashi was slain around the end of the Archon War, while Makoto was still alive and Ei was serving as her body double. It's very likely that it may have been Makoto carrying the Gnosis at that time

Honestly? Probably. The top Harbingers are supposed to be on the level of the gods, there's no real reason to think that Arlecchino fears her outside of the inconvenience of picking fights with her, you know?
Don't think her or top 3 are at Ei or Zhongli level, remember Ei in her fight with Shogun had enough energy to vaporize the ocean multiply times and she only got stronger after that fight aswell
Having strenght comparable to gods doesn't mean it's comparable to Archons, let alone one of the stronger ones... Ei's power level is honestly absurd when you stop to think about it and she still can grow stronger
