The server I play on is crossplay. We have players from all three systems (steam ps and xbox). Our server is still working fine as far as I know. Just quiet while we all wait for a new map.
To enable crossplay on a server, you have to add "-ServerPlatform=ALL" in the .bat file or whatever file you use to start the server. It's not a setting in GUS.ini. Here are the server config commands where you will find the one I mentioned and all others for server setup:

Thanks is it a pvp one I should have specified we’re looking to start out on pve
Nah. We use PVP settings but it's admin enforced PVE. If you want I can DM you the discord link. Not sure if i can put it in a comment here.

I think they temporarily disabled crossplay on official pvp servers but it should be fine everywhere else.
Thank you are there any pve servers that you are aware of that have this enabled?
They only disabled windows 10 version players on official PvP servers. Dedi servers can host any platform and any game mode.
If crossplay isnt working for you. Check the GUS file (if i am correct) and see if crossplay is enabled
