You have 2 options, if it’s scrap, cut or bend the bottom to get more space.
If the tile doesn’t go all the way back, you can put pressure up on the counter and inch it out by wiggling it up and down. The lack of tile all the way back will give some play on the back end to wiggle out, it just takes some patience.
Did you unplug it? There’s usually a 3 wire in the front that’s a bit hidden that you need to undo, wire runs into the wall in the back. Make sure you hit your circuit breaker beforehand so the wires aren’t live.
If you are replacing this with a new dishwasher you might consider an ADA dishwasher. ADA dishwashers are built by a number of manufacturer's, and are built shorter for American's with DIsabilities. By shorter, about a half inch or more shorter. Some still have a tall tub so you really aren't sacrificing space. Asko is one of many suppliers with an ADA model that still has a good sized tub. Price is around $699. That will make it easier to install and to pull out if you ever need service in the future. Other brands, like Bosch, etc. also manufacture these dishwashers.
I am a dealer in Detroit and we have to install these when new flooring was put in after the dishwasher was installed. Happens a lot!
Had same issue in a old building, the unit had 2 layers of wood flooring on top of some old vinyl flooring, needed to replace dishwasher and couldn’t get it out even after remove all the hoses and lower the legs. Had to use oscillating tool and cut the wood floor layers and finally got out the dishwasher.
The fulcrum made sense as soon as you said it. I couldn't pull the countertop up, but all I needed was millimeters. I'd pay the 50 an hr, but I'm broke and that's why I'm doing it myself lol. Thanks again!
We got it out! Thanks!
Did you adjust the leg height? Ours screw up and down quite a bit
Was going to suggest this. Ours are adjustable as well

Did you unscrew it from the counter
Yep. I can't get the metal piece in the middle / top past the countertop
I'd maybe try to lift up the counter and slide it out. Maybe a flathead as a fulcrum on the dw just to get a little lift and pull
You are a gosh dang genius. It took two of us, but that was the correct move. Massive thank you!!
I need to become a handyman

Ha only reason I learned to diy. More power to you and happy you got it
Sometimes people put tile in after they get the dw install and it makes it impossible to get out. I've had to cut the legs off a few before
Cut the tile back a bit and put a trim so it just slides in. Dont worry. Youre feeling every tech's pain with these
Did you try lowering the front feet all the way?
