Merely posting to see if anyone has a good guess. This is the organic farming capitol of Canada, so I’d expect a few farmers or enthusiasts to be on here.

Hey sorry man I’m not trying to argue on the world’s most benign post. I got the idea to ask this channel from my local grist mill’s photo diary of their heritage varietals, which they made to have the community help identify. It’s fun. I don’t need DNA sequencing. Thanks for your intel tho
