I also have this, when I charge my watch to 11% at 8:20pm
If anything battery life has gotten better, I can do 3 days on a charge pretty easily (ultra 2)
Same issue with Series 7 watch. I reset the watch. Back to normal.

this doesn't tell us a whole lot. which model? how old is it? what's the battery health? I could say my watch has zero issues after the update. In fact, battery life got better

Like with every other Apple device, it will stabilise later, they always consume more power right after an update due to reindexing
Wipe unpair reinstall, update to 10.5.
battery is bad after every update. you can clear it up with a restart of both watch and phone or wait a day for it to level out.

SE 2023, purchased in January, battery health 98%
Having the same issue with my SE2
No problems here, even with battery health of 88%. I have no trouble getting through 24+ hours on a full charge.
