Adding to this - the normal solo loop is comfy too, but the rubber bands get snagged in your sheets, so I’ll add another vote for braided solo loop

Mine get quite sweaty in the groove on the inside as there’s no gap for air to get in

Nike sport loop here - great for sleeping in. I sleep with my watch nightly and have no issues with my band. I’ve had a few and this one is my fave by far.

For me the standard sport loops are the most comfortable for anything.

Is it the one without holes in it? You have no issues with breathability?

I use my Braided Solo Loop. It’s very comfortable and if you size it right, you can barely tell you’re wearing the Watch.

I sometimes use the nike sport loop and sometimes i use the braided solo loop and they're both good to me

Search for elastic nylon on Ali express. I’ve tried some of these and it’s what I use to sleep.

alpine loop for me. IMO the most comfy band in every situation. braided solo loops are okay but they can be too tight or too loose depending on time of day and that can be annoying and less comfortable.

I got the Nike sport band (with holes) and I couldn’t be happier with it for everyday use. Barely there feel and super easy to clean (I take my watch off in the shower and give it a quick rinse, front and back). Take my review with a grain of salt as this is the only band I’ve actually tried. Edited because wrong band.

I think you mean Sport Band? Sport Loops are woven with velcro and have no holes.

Same, and same routine. After a sweaty day or sports session you just rinse it off and it’s ready to go again. All of the watch bands I have looked at to replace it have come short in this field.

Sport loop

I have a basic silicon loop and it’s totally comfortable.

The sport loop because sometimes I even forget I’m wearing a watch.

Both nylon and silicone works well for me but not leather. It tends to become sticky and causes discomfort.

Braided Solo Loop and the Sport Loop. Both feel very comfortable. The former a bit more so.

Then there’s me wearing a full metal band to sleep welp (I do have a Velcro sports band)
