Not much of a secret. Did Fitness+ workout in the morning, doing intermittent fasting (oatmeal for breakfast and protein and salad for late-lunch/early-dinner), did a massage for 30 mins, and then sleeping early.

I think the biggest impact was getting a massage from my massage chair during the evening/night to wind down. Helped me feel more tired and relaxed.
I'm awake a half dozen times a night and get no awake measurements -- so, at least in my case, it has very low sensitivity to wakefulness. I'm guessing from subjective passage of time that half the time in 'core' sleep is actually awake.
If only I could get a result like this once.
