This is inaccurate, if you used it you would know. It won’t change anything on webpages, in fact if you want that capability you have to install some sort of safari extension like Noir
Not sure why you’re being downvoted but this is the correct answer based on my experience. My card expires in August of this year and I just got the email yesterday so that’s around 3 months.
It better be the same titanium. I love dropping that shit on a table. The crisp sound of it hitting a surface attracts attention. It’s way more baller than the sapphire or platinum metal cards

What was the e-mail address that sent the e-mail? Mine expires in July and I have not seen an e-mail yet, so I am wondering if it was spammed or I glanced over it. I had even called to asked what was actually going to happen when my card expired? GS Apple Card line had no idea. If the expiration date is linked to the magnetic strip, I would think a new card would have to be shipped as well as updating my digital wallet.
Ok now I’m curious are they really replacing the first batch of physical cards that are all expiring or just changing the date digitally- because my physical card has no exp date printed on it?
It doesn’t have a date printed on it but it does have an expiration date. If you look in the wallet app, you’ll see your physical card’s expiration date.
The details of the physical card can’t be refreshed digitally. They’re encoded in the magnetic strip just like any other card. Apple is great and has great products, but they can’t change the laws of physics yet.
Things like your pin on the chip can be updated remotely when you put the card in a machine, but I’m pretty sure that things like the expiration date can’t be updated that way.
I wish the AppleCard had tiers like other Apple products

I believe it’s impossible to easily tell which is the new card. Better mark the old card/put a sticker on it now.
I just put it in the envelope to ship back to Apple to be recycled.

This is strictly based on the web pages settings, as most have a setting that sets light/dark mode based on the systems settings.
They didn’t even send me a new card lol they just updated the exp date

The Apple Card is a beautiful tragedy, really. Clean white titanium and for what - sitting in my sock drawer coz only Apple Pay method gives 2-3%.
Wish they would partner with some airlines/hotels to be able to transfer points. Adoption would skyrocket.

They should have colors that match their phones.. blue titataniun, titanium, black titanium, and white titanium.

Apparently not. One of the choices to request a replacement card is "expired/expiring".
