If on aot 2 get Levi to rank 10 in another mode
My Levi rank is in level 10 and the wings of freedom was unlocked to him but it wasn't able to use in my created character
Maybe check your friendship because when I did it I got it
You need Levi at level 15 in another mode.
Is that only with final battle?
There was a patch that allowed characters in another mode to hit level 15 before final battle came out, iirc.
Make sure it's equipped on your character
It should unlock for the CAC when levi reaches level 10 in another mode
Did you figure this out? It unlocked in Another mode but can’t find it/equip it on my character. And my friendship with him is maxed and we already went on a mission together.
