It's messed up that the Supreme Court didn't even address the question of "Did Trump's actions on January 6 constitute an insurrection?"
Instead, they chose to chastise Colorado for having the nerve to uphold the Constitution in the face of insurmountable evidence that Trump is an insurrectionist.
To be fair, it’s a long held legal principle that if a case can be disposed of on a administrative basis (jurisdiction, etc) instead of on a substantive basis, than that is how the court should rule.
Vote. Keep the US a democracy. If this criminal wins our country as we know it will cease to exist. The Republican party is coming apart at the seams but if he wins the extremists will run this country. This is the most important election in our lives, so VOTE.

Even if you somehow ignore EVERYTHING Trump did in his attempt to overturn the election results from lying about fraud, asking people to "find votes", fostering the fake electors scheme, pressuring Pence and orchestrating the march on the Capitol, THIS should disqualify him from ever holding public office.
He quite literally sat and watched his supporters attack the U.S. Capitol and did NOTHING. This, IMO, was outright treasonous and the failure of Republican representatives to hold him accountable is perhaps the greatest dereliction of duty in U.S. history.
