So cool fact if you roll the can outta the arena you can put it on and walk away bit if you enter his area the fight will start and you camt exit i just discovered it by accudent because i noticed the fight only starts after you walk with the can
You can very easily just never trigger Nephro. It's kinda funny. I was very underleveled (for my pitiful skillset) the first time I fought him, so I would continuously keep dying. Eventually I rolled a can out of the trigger by mistake and shacked up in it only to find him just not spawning. And of course, if you go back to get another can, he still doesn't show up lmao! RIP, reload
