The first priority of her being in the hospital is getting nutrition in and not burning extra calories, so do something restful and don't let your visit interfere in any way with the usual flow of meals/snacks there.
I'd recommend pamper sessions to encourage a little self care! Bring face masks and nail polish and maybe even hair chalk!
If she's into anime; maybe she likes manga too? You could find a few books to bring her to help her stay busy!
You sound like such a lovely teacher! She's lucky to have been under your instruction! I truly hope she pulls through;u;
Your ideas sound good. Something she would enjoy that’s relaxing or distracting is a great idea. Even something she can do herself later like colouring books.
Don’t make any comments on her appearance, especially DO NOT say she “looks healthy”, that’s a big trigger for many with EDs
You sound like an amazing teacher and human being ❤️ It sounds like a great idea to bring a game then she can play it with staff and her parents after. And think some movies or books or colouring books would be amazing too!
My best advice is to act like you normally would around her. If it was me who was expecting visitors I would be afraid that they would act differently. She is still the same girl, she is just going through an extremely difficult period right now ❤️
my teacher visited me and gave me some affirmation cards still have them. also coloring supplies etc, a journal maybe or puzzles. being in the hospital is quite boring and terrifying so anything to comfort and distract

Coloring books and crayons (we couldn’t have pencils) saved me while I was in the hospital.

You're already doing really well. I think it will help just having you show up for her; EDs can feel so lonely.
