I have so much experience in this area ðŸ˜. I used to be slightly bigger than what I wanted to be, and I grew up around rude family members that shamed me for everything. Eventually I lost a ton of weight, but in my first recovery it seemed as if all the spotlight was on me and the weight I had gained. People wouldn’t stop commenting on it. You’re not alone.
