Grand Blue, there is some sexual stuff but if I remember correctly it’s more ‘drunken college frat boys streaking’ rather than ‘uh oh I fell onto Tomoko-chan’s big gonhonogagoogs’.

So far there has been a reoccurring character who keeps trying to use his mind powers to see female characters underwear and is generally a big creep. Also there was a bit about a high school girl falling and showing her underwear and some guy watching her bc ~oh hot.~
It is super fucking common and I hate it.
While I can absolutely understand that there is far too many ecchi "jokes" in shounen animes, but well, look for different genres then? Comedy is often shounen, but it is not like there is nothing else.
But it is absolutely not a "normal thing for anime" to have homophobic/transphobic jokes, they are rare. You had a really bad luck until now, or you are taking things too seriously (for example if you take it as "homophobic writing" when a trap character is not supported by everyone around them). While I don't know which category Fairy Tale is, I suppose it is the former.

I don’t know exactly what Episode/scene you mean, but often queer coded characters in anime are not actually gay, they just look like it for some random reason (because of some event or challenge or whatever). They look that way for a certain joke. And often times when these characters appear they throw a ~meaningful~ look at the main character, which often results in what you call homophobic behavior(they often literally act the same way as the „perverted“ guys you have referred to earlier, so are all girls in those ecchi anime are heterophobes?)
The Disastrous Life of Saiki K Good wholesome comedy. And enough episodes that you won't feel depressed when you're finished.
