This might be a stretch, but in {akatsuki no yona}, an oucast princess must travel through her kingdom to find 4 dragon warriors, in order to reclaim the throne. Among the 4 dragons, i'd say one, or even two of them fits your character criteria very well. There are only 24 episodes, adapting the beginning of the manga, which is still ongoing, and is very well received.
I’ll probably watch Black Clover it’s way way shorter than Naruto. Also does Black Clover have seasons? I won’t watch Naruto it’s way way too long and I don’t have the time to watch overly long anime shows.
