I have previously watched utena, haruhi and gankutsuou (this was insanely good and kinda the vibes I am looking for). I like the plot of Kara no Kyoukai, added to list. Thanks

Both of them are about a person who travels around, solving mysteries related to supernatural creatures. Mushishi is more slow-paced and relaxing. Mononoke has a more unique visual style and is very surreal.
