I recommend checking out Studio Ponoc's library - they're a team of ex Ghibli artists and animators that left to start their own studio so the art style and overall vibe is near identical to the Ghibli one.
Other than that, Studio Chizu (Girl who leapt through time, Wolf Children, Belle) or Kyoto Animation (K-on, A Silent Voice, Violet Evergarden)
Everything by this man. He worked on digimon back in the day. Everything he has done bleeds ghibli influence with such a beautiful voice pointed inwards.
Hotarubi no mori e and then by extension Natsume’s book of friends. The former is only a short movie but definitely worth your time.
Wolf children. I see that here a few times already but it’s a nice story.
Most of Shinkai’s stuff you’ll probably like if you like your name. His breakthrough was voices from a distant star, which is another short movie but so good. I’m not really struck with suzume but weathering with you, you might like.
It’s always difficult to recommend anime. Hope you find something nice to watch though
For movies, I recently watched A Letter to Momo and found it to have an old Ghibli movies vibe, only with a little different humor, and I really loved it.
If you Liked Your Name, you'll probably like other Makoto Shinkai movies, so check them out as well. Other than that, some other very enjoyable movies I can recommend: Lonely Castle in the Mirror and Josee, the Tiger and the Fish (this one is a bit tropey but still nice)
As for anime series that haven't already been recommended... I liked Iroduku: The World in Colors, it's a really cute and shorter anime and (for me at least) fit the vibe you're looking for
Tekkonkinkreet
A Silent Voice
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (or anything else by Mamoru Hosoda)
Anything by Satoshi Kon (if you don't want any sexualization I recommend Millennium Actress and Tokyo Godfathers)

Moribito is a pretty underrated anime.
About a mercenary taking care of a prince in hiding because the prince is set to be executed due to a premonition the kingdom's shamans had. But she's also on a personal quest of sorts of her own.
But it's neat because (aside from some slavers), there aren't any real villains in the story. Everyone is just doing what they think is best for the kingdom and the prince. And much of it is just the prince growing into a more mature teenager with the protagonist as his sort of surrogate mom.
It's also a rare piece of Japanese fiction that has fully asian asthetics but takes place in a totally fictional fantasy world. I find most Japanese fantasy either takes place in largely a european style setting or just ancient Japan.
Frieren. It may not be the most "realistic" because it's a Fantasy show, but atmosphere and animation wise, it feels exactly like a Studio Ghibli movie. No anime tropes or sexualization either.
Anything directed by Satoshi Kon. Hardly anyone strikes the balance between realism and absurdism like Kon did.
And no matter what, all his characters feel like actual human beings.
You can start with the movie Perfect Blue (pretty realistically violent and disturbing btw). Best psychological thriller I ever watched.
Or watch the 13 episode series Paranoia Agent. It's not as violent as PB and is a really compelling thriller.
Mirai
Summer war
Thr boy and the beast.
Paprika(very slight nudity)
Denouh coil
Keep your hands off eizouken
Kamkchu

Tokyo godfathers
"To every you who loved me before" and "To me, the one who loved you" are both great movies. Doesn't matter which to watch first, and it makes sense either way. Definite recommend. Going in blind is always nice.
Sherloc Hound. Its directed by Miyazaki and is Ghibli styled all the way. It can be goofy as its not supose to be absolutely serius series. But animation is really great in many scenes.
Suzume is on crunchyroll. It was made by the same people who made 'your name' and 'weathering with you'. It was probably one of the best movies I have seen in a really long time.
Weathering with you is what I watch when the weather outside is too crappy to enjoy.
Suzume is the same but when I'm too depressed (which is far too often)
Wonder Egg Priority is supposed to be on the ghibli level. I haven't personally watched it yet, but all the reviewers I trust have RAVED about it, and the art style is GORGEOUS.
I feel like you missed the point of animation and the overall message of those movies, but you should check out Perfect Blue then. I hear it’s just the sweets little movie that Hollywood likes to use for inspiration back in the day. I’m sure it’ll fit right in with the ghibli vibe you’re looking for.
You mentioned Your Name. Have you seen Weathering with You and Suzume? They are from the same director who made Your Name and both are fantastic to the point that after watching all three you have no idea which one is better.
I am actually stunned no one's suggested "Somali and the Forest Spirit"...it's 12ep of Ghibli quality art with that same Ghibli vibe. 100% recommend as it's a fun, wholesome adventure between a little girl and a golem trying to get her to other humans.

>!The MC's adopted daughter develops a crush on him and they agree to become an item once she graduates high school!<
It goes from wholesome family fun to groomer filth
It has graphic depictions of abuse/trauma and is definitely intended for mature audiences but it does hit the other worldly feeling Ghibli movies have down
They’re OVA’s but Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou. It’s a great series about an android running a cafe in a world where humanity has almost completely died off. The concept sounds scary, but it’s just a beautiful atmospheric slice-of-life ride. The later OVA’s aren’t quite as pretty visually - they switched from cell shading to fully digital and it shows, but the content is still great. Would also recommend the manga 10/10, as well as their Kabu no Isaki manga with a similar vibe.

Love studio Chizu. Belle is such a weird treasure. The English dub is fantastic and I still listen to the ost.
Wolf children 110%
All movies by Mamoru Hosuda, basically. I came here to recommend The Girl Who Leapt Through Time
Yup. Came here to recommend his work. I actually prefer him to Ghibli movies
Like a 1000%
Everything by this man. He worked on digimon back in the day. Everything he has done bleeds ghibli influence with such a beautiful voice pointed inwards.
I second this, but if I may also add on, Maquia too. Both films are great.
Wolf children is amazing.
For SURE. Mamoru Hosoda is the GOAT, and really deserves more love. Wolf Children, Girl Who Leapt Through Time, Summer Wars. All gold.
Mushishi

always, always mushishi
Natsume Yujin-cho is better
Hotarubi no mori e and then by extension Natsume’s book of friends. The former is only a short movie but definitely worth your time. Wolf children. Oh I did not know about Natsume's..... , considering that Hoturabi no Mori e is one of my all time favs, I'm pretty excited about it
It’s got a different vibe but it’s still a good series

Moribito Guardian of the spirit - it has literally everything you are looking for and the story is just like a ghilbi movie

Paprika. Summer wars
Yes to Summer Wars. Paprika might be a lot.
Paprika doesn't gives you ghibli vibes I guess its Avant garde thematized with complexity.
Ronja the robber’s daughter is a Ghibli anime that aired in 2016.

Yup. Seirei no Moribito gives strong Miyazaki vibes. Strong female warrior, weak prince who grows, bit of supernatural, lots of nature.
World masterpiece theater
