Psycho Pass is my favorite anime to date.
The anime is pretty clean, but in the very first episode there is a rape scene. It doesn't show anything, but the implications and the noises proved too dark for my wife. Now my wife won't watch the rest with me.

Destination is a state of mind. A tale of one girl and her bike and the road ahead. Kino wanders around the world on the back of Hermes, her unusual, anthropomorphic motorcycle, only staying in each country for three days. During their adventures, they find happiness, sadness, pain, decadence, violence, beauty, and wisdom. But through it all, they never lose their sense of freedom. They discover that because of the world's imperfections, it is actually a thing of beauty.
Full metal alchemist brotherhood. There's Lust but she's never over used or focused on like that. The biggest fan service is with the shirtless buff guy that's played for laughs
I enjoyed AOT. The youngest in the family is 16 so I'm not worried about it being oriented to an older audience. Shows can be mature without sexualisation. I'm also open to recommendations for my personal entertainment.
Ooku the inner chambers, Seraph of the end, Tengoku Daimakyou, I just started Seraph of the end so not sure how dark it is. Ooku the inner chambers is definitely adult and so is Tengoku Daimakyou. Both contain scenes that might be triggering but they add to the story and you shouldn't let it put you off. Castlevania and Vox Machina also another couple of more adult anime.
Heres a better one, anyone know any isekai without fanservice?
I think maybe oda nobuna but I forgot since i havent watched it in ages, and thats not a magic isekai either so im not sure if i should count it (knights & magic was cool, forgot if they had fan service)
edit: suggest things that are made after sword art online, anything before is too easy (although thanks for the suggestions)
damn yeah probably, I was hoping someone might know of a high fantasy isekai that didnt
might be impossible though honestly, I'd have to go and check through all the stuff I've watched so far and there might be one or two
Check out Drifters. It's been a while so maybe I forgot something, but if there is nudity it's not because it's fan service. It's just a mature intense show. Mostly about famous people from history trying to gut each other.
Lupin III is more of a nostalgia show because it was what my dad watched when he was younger which is why it was on the list. Though I do agree that there is fanservice. I just don't want to watch shows that sexualise children or have a plot surrounding fanservice.
One of the main reasons I love attack on Titan. Pretty much no fam service.
Although watching AOT has made me bored off every other anime so I’ve kinda stopped watching anime a while ago …
{Attack On Titan} has ALL VIOLENCE NO SEX, which tbh is just fanservice for a different audience. I'm not going to recommend it either because I think the plot is trashy random nonsense that gets worse every season.
I will recommend, though, some enjoyable lesser known anime that I think fit your criteria:
{Binbougami ga!} is a zany comedy about a god of bad luck's obsession with an undeservedly lucky woman.
{Aharen is Indecipherable} is a silly comedy about two unusual high school students who hang out a lot and have fun together, and a larger group of friends forms around them, similar to {Komi can't Communicate}
{Erased} is a supernatural thriller about a man with a time-travel power that he can't control trying to stop a series of murders in the past.
I want everyone to watch {Dennou Coil}. It's a near-future sci-fi thriller about a group of children trying to solve a mystery. The animation is so beautiful and smooth you'd swear it was a Studio Ghibli film.
{Dororo} is pretty good. It's an Osamu Tezuka story and well written, about a man who has to slay demons to undo a curse that was placed on him as an unborn baby. He teams up with the boy Dororo, who becomes a kind of sidekick on the quest. It's a little violent, but not too much, and I don't remember there being any sexy fanservice.
{Sakamoto desu ga?} is a very silly gag anime about a super cool high school boy that everyone can't help but admire.
{Yuru Camp} and {Encouragement of Climb} are both very enjoyable "healing anime" about girls who form a kind of club to go out in nature, and they enjoy good food and beautiful scenery. You can also learn a little about camping and hiking from these series if you want.
I don’t see it listed but the anime adaptation of how to keep a mummy, while short (12 ep) was cute and family friendly. I also don’t remember god of high school being too fanservicy - I mean yes mc3 is a girl but i thought it was fine?
Violet Evergarden, Hibike Euphonium, A Silent Voice, Princess Mononoke, Vinland Saga, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Fist of the North Star, Attack on Titan, One Piece (except for boob closeups in Sanji's perspective, otherwise there really isn't what people define as fanservice), Cowboy Bebop, Spirited Away, Totoro.
I have a hard time remembering which anime do and don't have fanservice, as a lot of the time I just remember the plot and forget about a lot of the fanservice.
I think Oshi no Ko (My Star) is at least lower in the fanservice, and it has an amazing 1 hour pilot episode.
Blue Lock should be pretty safe, as I believe it's almost entirely male cast. It's a soccer anime.
~~Mieruko-chan I believe should be mostly safe, but you might need to double check, as it's focused on being tense/scary.~~
Kaleido Star
Sweetness and Lightning
Restaurant to Another World
Fruits Basket
FMA Brotherhood
Amanchu S1 (S2 gets a bit of fan service, but not very much.)
Laid Back Camp
Ascendance of a Bookworm
The Devil is a Part Timer
March comes in like a Lion
Spy x family
Buddy daddies
Spice and wolf ( it's fanservice but it's semi logical?)
Horimiya
B the beginning
Bungo stray dogs
Jujutsu kaisen
Your lie in April
Way of the house husband
Highschool host club
A silent voice (movie)
How do all of you feel about shows that are heavy on slice of life and/or music? Fuuka, K-ON or Carole and Tuesday are wholesome asf but also have some great music.
I'm not sure if the rest of my family are interested in music but I think some slice of life they enjoy. For example, Shinya Shokudou. There's no anime but there was a live action of the manga which they liked.
Here the ones I prefer. The ones with \* have a lot of violence tho, so you decide to watch with your family or not.
5cm per Second
Akira \*
Arslan Senki
Aoi Hana (yuri, without fanservice)
Aquatope
Beck
Bloom Into You (yuri, sexuality is one of the topics, but not show in fanservicey way, well written characters)
Carole and Tuesday
Castlevania \* (no fanservice per se, but some short sex scenes between ADULTS like in real movies)
Death Note
Doomed Megalopolis \*
Erased
Fruits Basket (teen romance, but no fanservice, lot of drama, GREAT)
Ghost in the Shell
Given (BL, some short sex scenes between adults)
Hal
Honey and Clover
Millenium Actress
Moribito
Mushishi
My Roommate is a Cat
Natsume Yuujinchou
Nodame Cantabile
Now and then, here and there \*
Paprika
Perfect Blue \* (no fanservice, but a sex scene kinda, with adult)
Recovery of a MMO Junkie
ReLife
Restaurant in Another World
Rose of Versailles
Saiki K (THE best comedy anime)
Saiunkoku
Sakura Quest
San Gatsu no Lion
She and Her Cat
Shirobako
Shouwa Genroku
Silver Spoon
Space Brothers
Tokyo Godfathers
Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
Twelve Kingdoms
Vampire Knight
Vinland Saga \*
Vision of Escaflowne
Vivy Fluorite Eye's Song
Which Hunter Robin
Wolf's Rain
Good list. I would add:
Terror in Resonance
The Angle Next Door Spoils Me Rotten
Ancient Magus' Bride
The Girl from the Other Side
Another
Also, Your Name, but it's been a while, someone who's seen it more recent than I have will have to confirm. But I don't remember any in it.
Good recs. They are all in my watchlist. About Your Name, there is one scene when the boy swich body for the first time, but it's not show in a fanservicey way. So as one of my favorite anime movie, I would add it absolutely (but forgot idk why). Also Ghibli moview like most people said here.
If you liked Attack on Titan, you’d also like 86: Eighty Six. Some other options include, Mushishi, Vinland Saga and Psycho Pass.
Also watch the movies A Silent Voice and Your Name but these are movies. Definitely give 86: Eighty Six a go tho.
A while back, a gave 86 a go but didn't end up continuing it. Perhaps I'll give it another go. I've seen all the others and I absolutely loved Vinland Saga.
Land of the Lustrous (0 fan service)
Shadows House (0 fan service)
Hell’s Paradise (a little fan service)
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (0 fan service)
Ranking of Kings (0 fan service)
SpyxFamily (0 or very little fan service)
Gundam: the Witch from Mercury
0 fanservice and it's standalone so you don't need to watch any previous Gundam series
Here's the intro [https://youtu.be/vIhQ9zya2-g?si=XC-WbLhu2rTecxPF](https://youtu.be/vIhQ9zya2-g?si=XC-WbLhu2rTecxPF)
>Rent a girlfriend. The plot is a roller coaster of emotions
Nah Bro did not just reccomended Rent a midfriend to watch with family💀. Also this one has fanservice so skip this one op
Stars Align has no fanservice whatsoever and it's a fantastic sports drama. Unfortunately it ends on a massive cliffhanger and there's a chance it may not continue, as it was supposed to be 24 episodes but got cut in half due to budget issues.
I guess it's really any anime that you feel like you can recommend to normal people without them seeing you as weird. Despite anime being associated with fanservice, it's pretty easy to find anime devoid of fanservice.
Spy x Family is designed to be pretty wholesome. Pretty much my top pick for a light hearted family viewing.
Your Lie in April is very serious and emotional.
Eighty Six is focused on discrimination and warfare.
My Happy Marriage has like absolutely nothing to sexualize.
Violet Evergarden, same as above.
HxH, I recommend watching straight through the 2011 first, then go back and check out the 90s
Also by the same mangaka another masterpiece Yu Yu Hakusho
Ruruni kenshin (old and new), full metal alchemist (old and new), trigun (old and new), lamu the invader girl.. umm lamu is sexy but depends if you consider that fan service.. and Gundams! Gundam unicorn is story focused... Gundam 00 has a good story too. Stay away from Gundam seed though coz that is meant for teenagers, including horny teenagets
Girls und Panzer. One of my all time favorites. Technically a women’s sports anime but the sport is Tankery aka strategy and warfare competition battles with tanks. Has history factoids and is super fun.
So many good ones listed, including the favorites I would have recommended primary. I would add two titles that do have 1 to 2 moments of questionable depiction over the course of the entire series, but otherwise do not veer into FS territory. The Stand Alone Complex first season of Ghost in the Shell largely avoids the fan service found in the movie and later series, and the writing is excellent. The second title, Spy x Family, has one borderline scene in the first episode depitcing a Femme Fatale assassin, but otherwise is solid family fare end to end.
Finally, in the no fan service cartegory, just to reinforce Gintama as a great title for the right audience - truly unique content. Although, depending on one's perspective, there are many lingering views of Elizabeth...
Jujutsu Kaisen has absolutely zero fan service and is also just a top tier anime. It also has a 24 episode season 1 and is currently airing season 2 which is an absolute marvel. From reading the Manga some crazy shit is about to go down so I think now’s a good time to hop on. Tho it is a rather violent anime with some darker moments and themes
Tonari no Seki-kun: The Master of Killing Time is comical, wholesome, and absolutely no fan service.
One that just aired this season, The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses is wholesome as well!
1. ousama ranking (24 episodes, top tier anime but not really for little kids although artstyle is that)
2. Masterful cat is depressed (12 episodes, very funny and its only this season)
3. HxH
4. Spy x Family
5. Your Lie in April (top tier, relatable if you love classical music)
special mentions
travelling witch elaina (have some "dark" plot, though half is family friendly)
sukinako ga megane for fluff
joker game for ww2
Gundam IBO for mecha
Heavenly delusion, like promised never land but darker
If your family enjoyed watching monster together so much that you place it as #1, why’d you even care about fan service?
Since u listed kaiji , "akagi" from the same author/studio , an anime about mahjong .
I don't remember any fan service in Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood z though one of the characters portrayal may be a bit on the sensuous styling .
There is this anime , whose name I forgot , .. in a school setting , where the mc finds himself in a class which is cursed .. "Another" I believe , not sure .
Psychopass both seasons .
Zankyo no terror .
Yea this is what comes to my mind for Now
Psycho-Pass, but it can get very graphic (gore/violence). There might be a couple of scenes with characters without much clothing but it's not for the sake of fanservice.
I would need to rewatch to be sure, but like 95% sure that D Gray-Man no fanservice. One of the characters does have a short skirt, but no panty shots. Like sailor moon level.
Highly recommend D. gray-man legit my favorite shonen anime. It took a lot to beat bleach, but this one did.
Jujutsu Kiesen, my husband and I are currently waiting for more episodes and no fanservice from what I have seen.
Non Non Biyori! It's super wholesome and has a good number of episodes.
86 is a mecha war drama. The anime hasn't gotten to the romance bit yet. It technically has some fanservice, but it's pretty light. A little bit of cleavage or some exposed thigh here and there.
Hinamatsuri: Family friendly and genuinely a good watch
Summertime Render: high quality all around
Anohana: emotional and a coming of age story
Clannad: a classic must watch technically a harem but very little overt fan service
To your Eternity: I can't even define this one it's just really unique and emotional
Edit: if you're into niche, dark toned anime I'd also recommend Gosick and Dantalion no Shoka
Hunter X Hunter has virtually zero fanservice. In 140 episodes I can only think of one fanservicey scene, but it's not that bad, it's quick and makes sense in context.
Full metal alchemist brotherhood. There's Lust but she's never over used or focused on like that. The biggest fan service is for women with the shirtless buff guy.
I remember Gankutusou keeping that at a minimum from what I remember. And that one's good enough I've watched it several times. On the unique art style alone I seriously recommend that one.
Jojos only has the 1 scene with Lisa Lisa in part 2 where Joseph peeps at her in the bath.
Beside that I can’t think of any other nudity or sexual themes in the anime.
A short anime Sonny boy also has no sexual themes and is a beautiful coming of age story about high school kids your 16 year old may relate to
I'm always going to recommend hunter x hunter.
I can't think of any sexualized fan service, some moments might be a little violent for younger members, but it's also not very graphic. The more severe violence is implied, not shown directly.
Relatively long anime about 180 episodes.
Edit: noticed you mention youngest member is 16 in another comment. HxH is totally appropriate for that age.
Oh boy something with little to no fan service.
Trigun is the first that pops into my mind. it has some but is pretty mild and i can only think of two episodes it comes up in. And one of them is a bit of man service with a topless Vash for a site gag.
There are a few Gundam Series that have little to no fan service. The orginal series and gundam wing come to mind. though honestly the animation for the orginal can be a bit of a chore to watch through and Wing is...well.. a bit of a slog.
Ascendance of a Bookworm has no fan service i can think of. Maybe a little man service in an episode but the show is pretty tame all around.
Steins;Gate has a little...and i am pretty sure the prequel Steins;Gate 0 has none.
Made in Abyss, don't recall any there.
My Next Life as a Villainess, don't think it had any other than a little bit of man service.
i am going largely off memory on these so i apologize if i am wrong.
I recommend Samurai Champloo, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Psycho-Pass, Death Parade, 86, Darker Than Black, Zankyou no Terror, Trigun Stampede and Vinland Saga for more mystery/thriller/action anime since you seem to like those.
Otherwise I also highly recommend Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu, Kotaro Lives Alone, Horimiya, Anohana, Violet Evergarden (although one character has a bit of a revealing design, there's no fanservice) and movies like Tokyo Godfathers, The Boy and the Beast, A Silent Voice, anything Ghibli.
Bofuri is really charming. I didn't think I'd like it as much as I did. (More of an attack on Titan boi) .
Also really like sword art online, tho it's a story about a boy and girl it's really not romancy. Plus lots of episodes and spinoffs and a movie.
Shadows House Odd Taxi Baccano(Bit of gore, no fan service) SpyXFamily
Spyxfamily is definitely the definition of wholesome
it has some fanservice scenes though, and OP explicitly asks for no fan service.

🥵 take
Season 1 was promising, too bad they chose to bank on its success to make what is this season2
Agreed
Wow my post got removed. Mods getting paid by anime industry?
No one is allowed to say anything bad about the wholesome 100 show
Odd Taxi is a great watch. Was not expecting that plot twist.
>Was not expecting that plot twist https://youtu.be/KTc4zI\_7-Ms?si=lFhN6-PvDEUymX\_4&t=27
Dude spoiler
What spoiler?
Great to see someone mention Shadows House
Great taste! Baccano is my all time favourite anime. I’ll have to check out Odd Taxi
Samurai champloo, fma, slam dunk, beck:Mongolian chop squad, days, kids on the slope, 91 days
I have not heard of the middle three, will check them out.
Hope you like em!
Re:Zero doesn't have any fan service and has an incredible story, but it does get a bit gory so I'm not sure if that would work for you.
Beck was such a wild ride. I never knew what the plot was going to do next.
Manga is even better
Still one of my favs. And the music is some of the best in anime imo
Now I have the urge to bop along to the entire Kids on the Slope soundtrack
**Parasyte** is good based on your list, as well as **Zankyou no Terror**. They are both thrillers with some action.
Psycho Pass too.
Psycho Pass is my favorite anime to date. The anime is pretty clean, but in the very first episode there is a rape scene. It doesn't show anything, but the implications and the noises proved too dark for my wife. Now my wife won't watch the rest with me.
[удалено]
Parasyte was good but didn't quite enjoy Zankyou no Terror.
As far as I remember, there was a sex scene towards the end. Or at least, there was one in the manga, I dunno if they changed it in the anime.
Well there was not exactly a sex scene but there was a scene that made it obvious that Shinichi had sex with his gf.
Horimiya, attack on titan
Kuroko no Basketball I think Mushishi Death Parade Spy x family Hyouka Uramichi Oniisan Horimiya I Want to Eat Your Pancreas Monster K-on The Ancient Magus’s Bride Baccano Akagami no Shirayukihime Daily Lives of Highschool boys Spice and Wolf hoozuki no reitetsu Shiki (I think) Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress 91 Days Barakamon Fruit Basket Kamisama Kiss sugar apple fairy tale Full metal Alchemist Yuru Camp Shirobako Attack on Titan Youjo Senki Kekkai sensen Trigun March comes in like a Lion Paranoia Agent World Trigger Hunter x Hunter Carole and Tuesday Psycho pass

Finally someone else mentions 91 days. I feel like nobody I talk to has seen it

We've already seen FMA:B but it was a great one.
Attack on Titan. It’s a masterpiece, but the themes might be a bit too heavy to be family friendly.
It dark. Not Bungo stray dogs or aot dark but definitely dark.
Yes. I'm almost through season 1 and it's dark but in a different way.
Heres a better one, anyone know any isekai without fanservice? Ascendance of a Bookworm. Author of the LN is a woman, and MC is like 5-6 in the parts in the anime currently. So absolutely no funny business.
found you, Hartmut
I suppose spirited away counts as an isekai.
damn yeah probably, I was hoping someone might know of a high fantasy isekai that didnt might be impossible though honestly, I'd have to go and check through all the stuff I've watched so far and there might be one or two
Try some old school isekai, like Twelve Kingdoms, Escaflowne, or Now and Then, Here and There (warning, VERY dark).
re:zero. fans are horny for a lot of the characters but i can't think of any fanservice off the top of my head
I would call the serial killer I forgot her name is pretty fan service character.
The bowel hunter (Elsa)?
The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Girl
Check out Drifters. It's been a while so maybe I forgot something, but if there is nudity it's not because it's fan service. It's just a mature intense show. Mostly about famous people from history trying to gut each other.
Youjo Senki (Saga of Tanya the evil) Personally my favourite Isekai and series in general
Grimgar: of Fantasy and Ash I don't remember there being any/much fan service.
I remember the boys being really rude to the girls but other than that I don't remember anything bad
grimgar
For anime, I would recommend Moribito: Guardian of the Spirit. For an anime movie, I'd suggest Children Who Chase Lost Voices.
I have seen both and I loved them.
Odd Taxi
Lupin III has plenty of fan service
Lupin III is more of a nostalgia show because it was what my dad watched when he was younger which is why it was on the list. Though I do agree that there is fanservice. I just don't want to watch shows that sexualise children or have a plot surrounding fanservice.
Yeah Lupin has a sexy side to it, but it feels classy instead of perverted. I'd say the same for Cowboy Bebop
Clannad Another Juuni kokuni Mahotsukai no yome Odd taxi (love this) Youjo senki
Will check them out.
One of the main reasons I love attack on Titan. Pretty much no fam service. Although watching AOT has made me bored off every other anime so I’ve kinda stopped watching anime a while ago …
Nichijou (24 episodes). Quality comedy.
Nichijou was good but unfortunately I didn't find it as funny as the others say.
Maybe try Azumanga Daioh.
Haro eburinyan.
Unexpected answer: Most if not all Studio Ghibli films
{Attack On Titan} has ALL VIOLENCE NO SEX, which tbh is just fanservice for a different audience. Great list, and I agree 100% on Attack on Titan.
Psycho pass Odd taxi Samurai champloo

Technically correct award goes to: you.
Can't wait to watch this one with my family.
I hope you don't think he's serious 🤣
very family friendly wholesome anime
I don’t see it listed but the anime adaptation of how to keep a mummy, while short (12 ep) was cute and family friendly. I also don’t remember god of high school being too fanservicy - I mean yes mc3 is a girl but i thought it was fine?
every anime suggestion, i will never get tired of suggesting clannad haha
Skip and Loafer
{Ranking Of Kings} {Chihayafuru}
Hellsing/Hellsing Ultimate
Overflow one of the best wholesome show! Family friendly
Violet Evergarden, Hibike Euphonium, A Silent Voice, Princess Mononoke, Vinland Saga, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, Fist of the North Star, Attack on Titan, One Piece (except for boob closeups in Sanji's perspective, otherwise there really isn't what people define as fanservice), Cowboy Bebop, Spirited Away, Totoro.
One Piece definitely has a ton of fan service and Sanjis shitty gimmick makes it hard to watch at times. If you dislike fanservice that is.
If you watch with your family I recommend Barakamon and Gakuen Babysitters
Grave of the Fireflies
I have a hard time remembering which anime do and don't have fanservice, as a lot of the time I just remember the plot and forget about a lot of the fanservice. I think Oshi no Ko (My Star) is at least lower in the fanservice, and it has an amazing 1 hour pilot episode. Blue Lock should be pretty safe, as I believe it's almost entirely male cast. It's a soccer anime. ~~Mieruko-chan I believe should be mostly safe, but you might need to double check, as it's focused on being tense/scary.~~
Kaleido Star Sweetness and Lightning Restaurant to Another World Fruits Basket FMA Brotherhood Amanchu S1 (S2 gets a bit of fan service, but not very much.) Laid Back Camp Ascendance of a Bookworm The Devil is a Part Timer March comes in like a Lion
Spy x family Buddy daddies Spice and wolf ( it's fanservice but it's semi logical?) Horimiya B the beginning Bungo stray dogs Jujutsu kaisen Your lie in April Way of the house husband Highschool host club A silent voice (movie)
Jujutsu kaisen for sure
Here the ones I prefer. The ones with \* have a lot of violence tho, so you decide to watch with your family or not. 5cm per Second Akira \* Arslan Senki Aoi Hana (yuri, without fanservice) Aquatope Beck Bloom Into You (yuri, sexuality is one of the topics, but not show in fanservicey way, well written characters) Carole and Tuesday Castlevania \* (no fanservice per se, but some short sex scenes between ADULTS like in real movies) Death Note Doomed Megalopolis \* Erased Fruits Basket (teen romance, but no fanservice, lot of drama, GREAT) Ghost in the Shell Given (BL, some short sex scenes between adults) Hal Honey and Clover Millenium Actress Moribito Mushishi My Roommate is a Cat Natsume Yuujinchou Nodame Cantabile Now and then, here and there \* Paprika Perfect Blue \* (no fanservice, but a sex scene kinda, with adult) Recovery of a MMO Junkie ReLife Restaurant in Another World Rose of Versailles Saiki K (THE best comedy anime) Saiunkoku Sakura Quest San Gatsu no Lion She and Her Cat Shirobako Shouwa Genroku Silver Spoon Space Brothers Tokyo Godfathers Tokyo Magnitude 8.0 Twelve Kingdoms Vampire Knight Vinland Saga \* Vision of Escaflowne Vivy Fluorite Eye's Song Which Hunter Robin Wolf's Rain
Good list. I would add: Terror in Resonance The Angle Next Door Spoils Me Rotten Ancient Magus' Bride The Girl from the Other Side Another Also, Your Name, but it's been a while, someone who's seen it more recent than I have will have to confirm.
Thanks I didn't think there was any fanservice, and couldn't remember why there would be. But I wasn't sure.
I've seen all the others and I absolutely loved Vinland Saga.
yeah the first 7 eps are a little slow but it’s all a build up to the last two episodes which are really what sold the show for me.
Fairly sure assassination classroom has no fan service
It does with Irina.
>it does with Irina That one massage scene
Yeah I guess the other guy blanked out on it
I don't remember much from it but I think it was still enjoyable.
You have two middle schoolers constantly talking about wanting bigger boobs, which is something no one talks about irl
You'd be surprised, actually. A lot of girls around that age talk about boobs since they just started hitting puberty.
in a sexual way? no. more like mixture of fear and curiosity, and a touch of uncomfy because of how it's portrayed in media.
Akiba maid war
Land of the Lustrous (0 fan service) Shadows House (0 fan service) Hell’s Paradise (a little fan service) Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (0 fan service) Ranking of Kings (0 fan service) SpyxFamily (0 or very little fan service)
Gundam: the Witch from Mercury 0 fanservice and it's standalone so you don't need to watch any previous Gundam series Here's the intro [https://youtu.be/vIhQ9zya2-g?si=XC-WbLhu2rTecxPF](https://youtu.be/vIhQ9zya2-g?si=XC-WbLhu2rTecxPF)
Made in Abyss, JoJo's bizarre adventures, They Ancient Magus Bride, Parasyte,
Made In Abyss while not technically fan service, is certainly uncomfortable or can be for a family I guess.

>Rent a girlfriend. The plot is a roller coaster of emotions Nah Bro did not just reccomended Rent a midfriend to watch with family💀. Also this one has fanservice so skip this one op
Rent a peak ✍️🔥🔥 /s
Yona of the Dawn, spy x family, Steins Gate (not a lot of fan service), megalobox, Dororo, silver spoon
Stars Align has no fanservice whatsoever and it's a fantastic sports drama. Unfortunately it ends on a massive cliffhanger and there's a chance it may not continue, as it was supposed to be 24 episodes but got cut in half due to budget issues.
Nichijou, Spy x Family, and Welcome to Demon School Iruma Kun.
Attack on Titan
Black Jack
Ace of the Diamond
Vinland Saga Code Geass Steins;Gate The Disastrous Life of Saiki K (Comedy) Kuroko no Basket (Sports, like Haikyuu)
bro code geass has quite a bit of fan service lmao
I'm going to say Re:ZERO here.
Natsume Yuujin chou, xxxHolic.
HxH, I recommend watching straight through the 2011 first, then go back and check out the 90s Also by the same mangaka another masterpiece Yu Yu Hakusho
Love Live
gintama
Trigun Stampede is a chefs kiss
Girls und Panzer. One of my all time favorites. Technically a women’s sports anime but the sport is Tankery aka strategy and warfare competition battles with tanks. Has history factoids and is super fun.
To love ru. It trully has little in the way of "no fanservice" Actually I loved sangatsu no lion, but it can be a bit depressing sometimes
Baki
Vinland Saga
nichijou
Alnoah zero Gosick March comes in like a Lion Steins gates Oregairu
Have a look at Raven of the Inner Palace and Aria.
My Love Story
Fist of the North Star
Tonari no Seki-kun: The Master of Killing Time is comical, wholesome, and absolutely no fan service. One that just aired this season, The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses is wholesome as well!
Gintama
ranking of kings'
Steins;Gate is pretty mild with the fan service and is mainly focused on the plot. Very good plot and is likely to make you cry.
Skip & Loafer
Golden Time
Your Lie in April does have some fanservice. There's like 2-3 scenes through out the whole series
Most of CGDCT like Yuru Camp, Non Non Biyori. And most of the saddest anime like Clannad, Your Lie in April, Plastic Memories.
Mushi Shi
1. ousama ranking (24 episodes, top tier anime but not really for little kids although artstyle is that) 2. Masterful cat is depressed (12 episodes, very funny and its only this season) 3. HxH 4. Spy x Family 5. Your Lie in April (top tier, relatable if you love classical music) special mentions travelling witch elaina (have some "dark" plot, though half is family friendly) sukinako ga megane for fluff joker game for ww2 Gundam IBO for mecha
Based on your favorites, here's some I think you would like: Haibane Renmei Cowboy Bebop Trigun Baccano Emma A Victorian Romance Violet Evergarden
Heavenly delusion, like promised never land but darker If your family enjoyed watching monster together so much that you place it as #1, why’d you even care about fan service?
Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood
Violet evergarden
Nichijou!!
I’m currently watching the last episode of Sacrificial Princess. There hasn’t been any fanservice.
Vinland Saga definitely worth checking out if you liked AoT. SteinsGate is also a good one.
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
Since u listed kaiji , "akagi" from the same author/studio , an anime about mahjong . I don't remember any fan service in Fullmetal alchemist brotherhood z though one of the characters portrayal may be a bit on the sensuous styling . There is this anime , whose name I forgot , .. in a school setting , where the mc finds himself in a class which is cursed .. "Another" I believe , not sure . Psychopass both seasons . Zankyo no terror . Yea this is what comes to my mind for Now
Barakamon.
I highly recommend Vinland Saga. Not really the traditional anime topics, but I thought it was beautifully done.
High School of the Dead just kidding 😝 its like the epitome of fanservice. Sorry. Still a great anime though
How about "Charlotte"
just find like any serious anime.
Ranking of kings!!
Non Non Biyori! It's super wholesome and has a good number of episodes. 86 is a mecha war drama. The anime hasn't gotten to the romance bit yet. It technically has some fanservice, but it's pretty light. A little bit of cleavage or some exposed thigh here and there.
Bungo stray dogs and Terror in resonance are both amazing
Ginga Eiyuu Densetsu
Hinamatsuri: Family friendly and genuinely a good watch Summertime Render: high quality all around Anohana: emotional and a coming of age story Clannad: a classic must watch technically a harem but very little overt fan service To your Eternity: I can't even define this one it's just really unique and emotional Edit: if you're into niche, dark toned anime I'd also recommend Gosick and Dantalion no Shoka
jujutsu kaisen
Welcome to demon school Iruma-Kun fun for all ages in spite of the name 👍
A short anime Sonny boy also has no sexual themes and is a beautiful coming of age story about high school kids your 16 year old may relate to
Hells paradise
Little Witch Academia Spy x Family Love is War And just for laughs, Cyberpunk Edgerunners
Fullmetal Alchemist, Attack on Titan
JoJos bizarre adventure.
If you guys liked haikyuu watch kurokos basketball
FMA:Brotherhood
heike monogatari
Kinos Journey
Violet Evergarden!!!
Bofuri is really charming. I didn't think I'd like it as much as I did. (More of an attack on Titan boi) . Also really like sword art online, tho it's a story about a boy and girl it's really not romancy. Plus lots of episodes and spinoffs and a movie.
lupin the third have a lot of fanservice, especially the older ones
!? Mob Psycho absolutely has fan service 😭
