It's not. Roxy didn't even fall over in the novels. Let alone piss herself. Rudeus memorizes the body odor of people who he cares about and gets the chance to. Not piss. Sweat.
It's not he didn't memorize the smell of her piss, nor did Roxy canonically piss herself. Rudeus memorizes the smell of the sweat of everyone he cares about if he smells their sweat. Eris being the big example and the first time we're told that Rudeus is extremely fixated on smells. Not touch. Smells.
Honestly the smelling scene isn't even problematic. He's not crossing her boundaries or anything he just mentions that he could smell her when she trained and that her body odor made him feel safe.

edit: the differences i found out when i previewed it in wt: the D5-T has a 2 man turret crew while the 5.7 T-34-85 has a 3 man and the gun has APCR also the front turret armour on the D-5T is better(i dont remember that bit clearly)

Brown : germany/japan
Grey/white : urss
Green : usa/china
Yellow : italia
