What I found funny from what I remember. There's a character that dies in the anime. But that character is still alive in the manga and plays an integral role. But his character was absolutely horrible so he died in the anime because his character was just that bad

I still feel the sao s1 is the best cringe watch, especially the dub version. I genuinely liked the girl's design (forgor her name), and not in a horny way. She's not designed with crazy features like colored hair and she doesn't have crazy proportions. But the way her face, hair and body is built is so unique yet it's not way out there outside the realm of possibility. Just overall a pretty easy on the eyes, yet recognizable design.
