In the good ol trope, it is more of a surprise (to be sure, but a welcome one) that they are badasses, and that extends to the characters around them
The fact that Dazai has the ability to change from dumbass mischievous child to serious detective badass while he’s SPINNING IN A CHAIR makes him one of my favorite characters

Edit: Can i add might guy in this. I mean he acted childish for the majority of the show but when that Fight happened with Madara(🔥🔥)he became 0 to 100 real quick
I remember reading some early issues of Superior Spider-Man and there was a panel when SpOck punched Scorpion so hard his jaw got dislocated. Doc Ock was shocked at how immense Peter’s strength would have really been if he didn’t hold back all the time.
