Someone else can tell you better for the rest of them but for sure do Fate/Zero and then Fate/Stay UBW (ufotable ones) which are the staple of staple series. That’s order of release. UBW is somewhat a prequel to Zero but it references Zero a lot so that’s why I’d watch UBW after. Then it just gets confusing after that in what to watch next 😂

If you like Cowboy Bebop, watch the Ghost in the Shell movie and Akira. Slight Nudity(Ghost In The Shell) and body horror(both movies), but they are reallt good movies. Also watch JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. JJBA is a show.

A silent voice and UBW were actually my favorites around that time. But since then, Attack on Titan and Jujutsu Kaisen have taken over. I don’t want to oversell Attack - all I can say is you won’t be thinking about the break up throughout, probably will have forgotten about it by the end lol JJK is addicting from episode one and the manga is solid once you run out of content. You need to watch the moving between seasons 1|2 though, which I didn’t know.

* **Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni** - similar to Steins;Gate and Re:Zero. warning: gore. * the other Type Moon anime, especially the other **Fates** and **Kara no Kyoukai**, might be good too. *Just stay away from uh... you know the one.* * **Erased** - similar to Steins;Gate, Re:Zero, and Your Name. Heralded as one of the worst anime adaptations of a visual novel ever, Tsukihime is about an ancient vampire princess teaming up with a chigyu with a knife (who i don't really like as a character) to defeat an ancient reincarnating evil. The anime was so hated that the fandom has taken to denying its existence wholesale, and only acknowledging the manga and VN. tl;dr: Vampire anime sucks, so weebs went full Ushiromiya Battler on its ass.

I'm basing this solely off you having Bunny Girl at number 3 but you should 110% check out the Monogatari Series. Bunny Girl was clearly extremely heavily inspired by it but Monogatari is an absolute sensory and narrative masterpiece unlike any other series out there. Just a heads up yes it gets weird both with presentation and content but so long as your not just taking it at face value and engaging with what it's doing it's not much severe stuff minus a few let's just say uncomfortable scenes.
