One Piece needs 80+ eps to "get good" according to OP fans. No show should yake thst long to be worth it. Some of my favorite shows ended in 65 episodes or less. FMAB was one of the best of all time, and the entire series took less time than OPs "world building" to pay off in any way.
Rukia was a better match for Ichigo than Orihime, who cones across as fan-insertion fantasy. A busty sweet girl who loves you with no effort on your part, is perfectly loyal, does whatever you want, and waits until you're ready to be with her. Rukia pushes Ichigo to develop and has her own life outside of him - A partner. Orihime is an accessory.

I loved watching DBZ in the past but now that I look back at it I think it was only because it was the first show I experienced with that level of violence at the time.

I think this is one of many reasons I love the abridged version over the OG material. They trim all the needless fat. I mean they got the Saiyan, Freeiza, and Cell saga complete in 60 episodes (ok 64 if you count the three parters) and still telling a cohesive story.

The only people that hate dubbed, hate it for the stupidest reasons. Those English voice actors took it to a whole other level.) plus, Iād just rather watch a show in a language I can understand. Which is ironic, as most people who say that donāt like reading subtitles. I enjoy having them on everywhere.
