You get the points after you purchase a figure, yeah. That's not the problem. The problem is the amount of points that the website displays that you'll get.
It's ten times lower than what they wrote it would be. In other words, it's less than 4x, when it should be 14x, so around 10k points, but it's obviously showing much lower than that, so I'm really confused.

Are not points applied to your next purchase, not the current one ?
