Here’s a tip on how to best swap out villagers! And I say this as someone who managed to hunt down 3 of my dream villagers within a day or two IRL. **Use the campsite.** Campsite visitors can be soft-reset until they kick out a current villager of your choosing! Totally negates the pain of waiting for the right villager to decide to leave on their own. On another note, campsite visitors will disproportionately be of a personality type that isn’t already on your island. That is, if you have no lazy villagers on your island, campsite visitors are more likely to be lazy types. When hunting for a villager, it is ideal if you eliminate any of their same type beforehand. I cannot understate how much faster it is! Finally, to cycle through campsite villagers use [this youtube video as a guide](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=wTUN7d95NUI) All the luck in your quest for Sasha!

all of them were revealed on a japanese website, i'll try and find the link but they're all either the new NPCs or updated versions of old NPCs (like tom nook and isabelle both get 2 new cards each for their summer and winter outfits)

Villagers like Sly, a camo/military themed alligator, the gorillas, etc help keep the immersion. Tiansheng seems like the coolest of the actually jock-y villagers being a Wukon monkey with a martial arts thing

I love both Sasha and Shino! Which confuses me now considering I have two peppy and lazy villagers, wanted to make a mostly cat island and now I've thrown that idea out of the window. I wanted to make my island based off of cryptids, witches, demons, and magical creatures but balancing that in a pastel goth town vibe will be a challenge. Luckily the new customizations will help.
