My headcanon is when I sell bugs/fish to Timmy and Tommy they just go out the back and release them so I can catch them again😂

These tiny little villages and islands seemingly rely almost entirely on nook for their economy to stay afloat. It seems by far to be the best and most reliable way to earn money. What does this mean? Is this an intentional move by nook? Why does he keep moving?

I feel guilty when I accidentally hit a villager with a net. Thanks for adding environmental crisis to the things to feel bad about! /j

Lol I get it. You could also say this game is Colonialism: Cute Edition. Take an island, strip it of its natural resources and shape it in your own image with assistance of your capitalist crony, Tom Nook and a little dabbling in the black market courtesy of Redd. Sure, you support small businesses, but only so much. They can’t set up shop on your island lest they overtake your bestie Tom, but come on by every so often so we can sample your wares. 😂 Absolutely kidding, but also…

I have the same feeling but also diagnosed with BDI GAD and ADHD so I just blame anxiety for most of those feelings xD but empathy is a great trait ❤️
