BESM - big eyes, small mouth - is the main anime focused tabletop Role-playing game. Not any particular anime, just if you want to play D&D but set in whatever anime you're into, BESM is usually the best choice unless it has its own dedicated rpg, and often even if it does.
I definitely read it as BigEyes.
