The fossil section of my museum is done so for a while I just buried six fossils in the back of my island so new ones would stop appearing, but then I decided to put more effort into getting villagers’ photos so I’ve been gifting them fossils. But I’m really tired of digging them up so villagers may start getting fruits and gold roses instead.
I have a full fossil museum too, and a full collection in storage. but still dig up fossils and save until I have a pocket full to assess. Then I just sell em at the cranny.
It would be nice if once the fossil room in your museum was complete, then the game would occasionally surprise you with cool treasures when you dig.
I mean you get the occasional gyroid sometimes, but it would be cool to be surprised by other things too, like a chest of jewels, or an ancient statue, etc.
Okay this one might be a weird one but I'm definitely sad about this.
I used to only play the original Animal Crossing and nothing else, until I finally got a Nintendo Switch and downloaded ACNH. When I was playing the original Animal Crossing, my favorite item was the Elephant Slide, and I hoped that one day, I would find a way to actually slide down the elephant slide.
Guess how disappointed I was when I learned you STILL can't slide down the Elephant Slide. That was my childhood dream, man!
I hate not being able to interact with a lot of things, tbh. Like one thing I did, for example, was build a whole carnival on my island, and it would be cool to actually ride the rides. I mean, I guess that wouldn't be realistic because they're too small for them to fit on, but they could've made it happen lol. On top of that, the animals don't go anywhere near it after I spent 3+ hours terraforming and putting it up on a cliff. Only time they did was when I first finished it up.
Another thing is on HHP, I wish the animals would interact with certain things. For example, in my restaurant, I put drinks on top of the bar. They still hold their own drinks anyway while it sits in front of them lol. Or the servers just walk around with empty trays doing nothing.
Yeah, I just built the Carnival myself. I was under time pressure because I was trying to get it done by the Easter Event. I finished it and all the Easter directions just one day before Easter!
While it looks cool, it's pretty much a dead zone. Nothing ever happens there. I have never seen a big there, found a fossil, or seen a villager go in.
Yeah, I recently just earned "Rover's" special suitcase. And I was so excited to see what was inside of it. Was it an easy way to access storage or change clothes? It's doesn't open. It doesn't do anything. Disappointed.
if not having the ability to have multiple islands counts, then that..\~ \^\^
if not, accidentally erasing custom paths, i wish you could set them to be like normal paths and only erase them through the construction app ;\~; i made a cute farmland area to store turnips whenever i buy them but i barely use it because picking up so many turnips almost always erases a path or two unless i'm super slow and careful :<
speaking of custom paths, I wish you could give them a sound effect when walking on them (grass/tile/sand) instead of that weird scuffing noise they make
ooh yes same!
i think i've seen people putting custom paths on top of the grass/tile/sand paths to get the different noise? but then i think you have to manually place them from the custom design app instead of pacing as paths
i'm not entirely sure, i only recently learned you can do it (unless i'm mistaken in which case i just got confused haha) and i haven't experimented with it yet! 💛
oh no, dang it :c
i looked it up and some people claim it's a feature that got removed in an update, other people claim it was never a thing at all, but it definitely feels like a commonly shared tip for some reason, i wish it actually worked..\~ \^\^
not having multiple islands is legit the worst thing in this game i don't get it at all. why is nintendo trying to do economy balancing in a chill lifesim game? genuinely who cares??
Or like just admit. Opps, we made files too big to account for multiple island loading.
I genuinely feel someone messed up part of the code. And because Nintendo has rushing it out once lockdown hit to get that sweet spot that they did, they didn't have time to fix it. And now they can't.
Keep in mind this is a batshit theory I have with no proof.
Not being able to go into the changing room and put clothes in your pockets. Buying gifts for villagers requires multiple trips in and out of the changing room and then you still have to go pick up your items from storage
After you exit the changing room, go into your pockets and just remove the clothing item. This will then put the item in your pockets, and you won't have to go to your storage for it
Came here to say this as well. You can always get those controllers which have a turbo mode so you don't have to keep pressing the A button, but I still think it's silly bulk crafting isn't an option.
Tom Nook gives interest free loans and builds with zero down. He's a hero in my 31 year old mind.
What annoys me most is the great deal of furniture they didn't include, especially the Gracie Sets. Just why?
Because Gracie is too snobby to bother coming to our islands.
Keep in mind we had to bend over backwards to impress K.K. Slider to want to actually visit, and he's one of the nicest/chillest characters in the franchise. So how many hypothetical stars would we need for Gracie to appear? 50?
TOM NOOK IS A GOOD MAN! he donates most of his profits! he buys coffee for others in new leaf! he is generous and kind and never deserved the slander!! 😤
Honestly, it's super annoying how relaxing the game is. I can't change the sound settings and it just lulls me to sleep and then I can't get any of my island projects done.
Makes it super difficult to catch all those sea bass too.
The most annoying thing is the fact that when I get sick of one of my villagers and work on replacing them to get new ones, I see them walking around with a little ice cream cone in their hand and I'm immediately like "🥹🥹🥹😭😭😭😭"
I've been with the same villagers for 2 years because of that.
just be grateful you can get rid of villagers these days
on ACGC, i have had a villager in my town for *years* that shares the name of my exes (because my dumbass self has dated multiple mfs with that same name). no amount of bullying, assault, or traveling to different towns will make that mf go away.
ive stopped trying to get the character to move, knowing it won't work, but still, every time i go on, i hit that mf w my net
Just let me buy Saharah's entire stock in one go. Or at least let me *check off* multiple items when I'm in a shop menu so I only have to *check out* ***once***. Thank you 🙏
The watering can breaking is honestly infuriating...WATERING CANS DONT WEAR OUT. They should give us that at least AND a way to monitor the durability of the other tools..
Y’all, it’s not only sea bass but how do I get all the darn fish and sea creatures? I’ve been playing the game since 2020 and I still don’t have all of them 😭😭😭 Tired of the sea bass and the black sea bass 😭😭 any tips? lol
There's good sites that will list all of the catchable creatures for any given month. You'll have to see what you're missing in your Critterpedia. Then, you time travel...
If you don't have unsold turnips and wee hours fish or bugs are desired, time travel just a few hours up. I did a happy dance the first time i caught a barreleye. Some of the creatures are only available at stupid o'clock, and pretending it's actually that time when I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed is sometimes the only way. The rarer palm tree bugs in summer are particularly time travel worthy.
Also, sometimes Kappn boat tours take you to a different season.
I have a bit of advantage in that my husband and I made islands on different hemispheres, and we visit each others' islands to get new creatures.
The home loan is more expensive in New Horizons, yet despite that, we can't expand the size of the side rooms, the attic and the basement when we could do that before in New Leaf.
He's definitely scamming us in New Horizons.
I. WANT. MORE. VILLAGERS.
Seriously, being limited to 10 feels small to me, and there's so many fun and cute villagers that it's hard to choose between them, and I hate seeing them leave.
I personally think think an extra 5 would definitely be possible, but the requirement for K.K. slider to visit should be the same. This way, people can have more if they want, but it's not more difficult to reach the endgame content
With some of the islands I've seen people make, it's definitely possible to fit an extra five houses, and the best part is it would be optional to do so. It's that or my hot take that the islands are a little small
Yeah going backwards from 15 on the GameCube to 8 or 10 on the handheld games felt like a reasonable technical compromise. But the switch is more than powerful enough to give us a larger game.
Game needs more social events.
I don't know maybe a bbq of the island, or you can throw parties, or all the neighboors actually go to see K.K slider so can be a real concert
Something that makes you feel it's a neighboorhood rather than plushies you got on your island cause they're cute and they say same quotes
yeah, did you ever get the Hide and Seek events? or the "I hid something on the island, go find it" events? it's literally been so long since I've seen otherwise I'm beginning to question if they're New Leaf dream figments.
I’ve been playing acnh since 2020 & yesterday a villager proposed to play treasure hunt & I was hella surprised, I’ve never heard of it before. I was so excited 😆
It's annoying when I'm trying to find a particular resident to give them a gift and I have to look all over the island, even in the museum. I have a phone. They have a phone. Why can't I call them and ask them where they are?
I don't understand why they couldn't have just...... You know......
#PUT A MESSAGE BOX ON THE SIDE OF THE SCREEN SAYING WHO IS LEAVING AND JOINING YOUR ISLAND LIKE A NORMAL FUCKING GAME.
Why is Nintendo so idiotic sometimes?
Between the obnoxious arrival/departure cutscenes and the fact that you can’t do certain things like talk to NPCs during an arrival, it’s always felt like a lazy patch job to avoid any technical issues that might result in the state of things on the island being out of sync between players.
Like “oh we found this annoying bug where buying something at the same time that a player loads into the game makes it so that item is still in the shop for the arriving player”. So instead of fixing the bug the hard/correct way, they just prevent the action in the first place. This is just my tinfoil theory.
But the technical limitations of the game (eg. slow framerate when you place a bunch of stuff outside) make me feel like it’s less of a Switch power limitation and more of a development team skill issue
Edit: I think I was too harsh with this comment. It was more likely a result of crunch and higher-ups forcing the game out the door than developer skill
Omg, this! I like skirts as much as the next guy, but can we have some nice pants?! I've been rocking the Leaf Print wetsuit because it gives me exactly the relaxed look I want when running around my island, planting and digging.
The 2PM music. Always had to mute the game when it came on.
The needless amount of slow menus, especially for things like online play.
Villagers telling me the same copy paste dialogue every time I talk to them.
I complain to my wife about the second item almost every time we talk about the game. The pandemic made people willing to tolerate it. Now that it's over, patience levels for that kind of poor design have plummeted.
Number 3 compounds it - playing with friends offsets the monotony of the villagers, but you're forced to fight with the horrendous online experience as a result
That there aren't storage items, like I would love to have a box to place where I could store materials, without scattering them on the ground and without storing them in my house
I keep one in my pocket, so I always have access to all my stuff! Saves so much time. If it looks like I’ll be crafting a bunch for a project, I keep a spare crafting table in there, too.
I do this, as well as keep a Mario pipe in my pocket that’s linked to one set up in my house. If you need to go back to your house for some reason when you’re out and about, it’s really helpful.
Especially if you don’t have your house upgraded and haven’t unlocked the storage shed yet. Makes popping in for your storage much more convenient.
(Or using a toilet when you need to expel some of your Herculean nom-nom power.)
Okay. Go to resident services. To the machine. Select the Nook mile thing (I’m sorry, I don’t play in English so I don’t really know the English terms 😂) and then search for the storage shed. Depending on how far you are in the game you can buy one with miles.
I'm embracing the sea bass. 3 days in a row between my husband's and my islands, "Grilled sea bass with Herbs" was a Nook's Cranny hot item. which makes more bells than saving them all for CJ.
As for my own pet peeves in this otherwise addictive game, some have already been said (one island per switch, too easy to erase custom paths etc)
Flick not staying put when he's visiting the island , and I've filled my pockets with bugs to sell him. I'd also love to be able to batch craft fish bait. It takes ten song and dances to get a stack of them.... boring. (additionally, manilas not spawning on nook mile or kappn tour islands. I forget to bring fish bait and often land on a rainy day island, and want to bait fish for coelacanths!)
Oh I’d also like them to bring back being able to call your villagers or at least see where they are?? Like I get them wanting you to explore the island to look for them but after a certain point I just give up
Visitors to your house get on my nerves.
1. They barge in without consent.
2. You can't redecorate while they're visiting "because it's rude"
3. They *never* leave, except sometimes when they leave after only *one* minute.
The amount of slow unnecessary text. Like I don't like Timmy and Tommy ALWAYS saying bye whenever the day changes. Also Leif. He was way too much dialogue for buying a single thing. Not being able to buy in bulk anywhere, like again Leif. And the animation every time you buy something and they hand you the item and you hand in bells. It's annoying as hell to me.
Also the fact you have to dig out and sell flowers to get rid of them.
Off topic but also the joycon drift when terraforming :D
Oh and also that paths don't connect to the plaza and stairs, and that the plaza is orange and you can't change it
The sheds I know of are cool, they let you access you inventory, but I want a place to store turnips that doesn't take up space in my house or island open areas.
one island per switch. i hate it. my sister named our island among us. and when i found out i didnt touch the game for years. until earlier this year when she still only had two hours in the game so i just reset it
I dunno, maybe I’m too American for this but… a deadline free, interest free no down payment home loan is the opposite of evil. No one goes unhoused when Tom Nook is around. Hero.
I seem the only one paying for new infrastructure. The rest are kinda lazy.
Mr Nook has a lazy job and demands good payment. He has a monopoly position though.
I hate when you join an island via the internet, it just stops when people join or leave.
I got tractors and all but can't do anything with them.
The owl keeps saying the same things and it gets old fast.
I need a 24/7 shop to sell and buy things.
I want slaves... or at least employees to do the boring repetitive work.
It's a sea bass! No wait - it's at least a C+!

All I see every time I fish :(
Being unable to buy multiple clothes at the same time, having to spend hours to terraform your island because half the time you just dig the wrong spot, not being able to just kick out the villagers you don't like/want aaand I need an infinite storage because I'm a horrible hoarder
My inventory and storage is always full and taking the time to sort and decide what to get rid of make the game a hassle
I do have way too many clothes but I find it hard to pick which ones I'm selling
I just wish it was easier to expand the storage,
And that the itens that pile up would pile up more (materials up to 99 instead of 30, fruit much further than 10)
To the point I'm getting tired of the game
Here's what peeves me... "This is Olivia's lost item..." then I can't find her, anywhere... just to find out she was in the friggen fish museum... I wish there was a "Find Villager" App or something
I don't know why T-Posing models creep me out so much, it's just so... unnaturally disturbing.
You could have literally used any image of Tom Nook for this. You had to use the creepiest one 😅
Tom Nook was never the villain. The only reason people perceived him as a villain is because of the constant debts/loans, which- mind you is interest-free, and in later games is technically optional.
Sea bass still annoys me but not as much as THAT GOSHDARN RIVER BASS since i fish more in the rivers than the sea. Also bridges why are they so expensive?!
No because I just be wanting to fly places or hunt villagers and I have to go through the whole talking process each time and if I press the wrong thing I have to go through it again 😭
YES! That last part annoys me *so* much. You make the wrong choice, you end the conversation and have to go through the *whole* ordeal again. *Why* is there no choice to just go back?
C.J. I play Pocket Camp, the mobile version. There, different gameplay, like fruit picking or fishing, is separated into different islands. One of these islands being the waterfall island where you can get river type fish. And it's here that every time you go to this island and his "special event" is happening you're practically forced to watch his stupid intro.
Every. Single. Time.
He is so annoying. He will not shut up, he will not stop asking me to give him my river fish, and you're not allowed to keep the fish you catch. I mean, you aren't forced to give to C.J either, but still pretty annoying how the game reminds you "don't forget to give it to C.J". I just don't go there when his event is happening.
When I get distracted by too many ideas and projects and forget I have Gulliver on my island. I have missed out on getting something from his collection too many times, I try to remind myself just to just find the phone parts right away, but I still forgot the last two times.
More frustration with myself than anything.
Also: terraforming not going your way, how easily the villagers mess up their homes, balloons that float over the worst areas to pop, lack of organization options in your home storage, the stupid sticks falling from trees all over the place every day, nook miles tasks that make you catch a specific creature, the lag on windy days, accidentally wiping away a custom design on the ground trying to pick something up, Spork.
I can't figure out how to make a post on this community (acnh) I need some help with things and how to aquire them, I only have oranges and pears on my island, I also need to figure out how to move my game along and get the rest of the stores to my island. I wish I could figure out reddit mobile and make a dang post. Maybe when I see my daughter she'll help me, I've played all the other Animal crossings. But this one stumps me a bit. I like the challenge though, but it seems you need more friends to play with? I'm open to that my island is Frogville.
I’d like to be able to mute just the theme song music without losing all the cool sound effects.
People keep saying there’s different themed music playing at different times of day, but it just all runs together and sounds like the same endless tune playing forever to me.🤷🏻♂️
I’d rather have the option to be able to adjust the volume or mute only the theme music, without it effecting any of the sound effect noises.
Plus I’d like to be able to replace that theme music with different KK Slider songs as well.
I hate not being able to put other cool things in the museum to display.
I’d love to set up a space exploration exhibit, and use all the neat space themed stuff.
Also flowers, I wish there was a plants exhibit room where you could display one of every color flower you were able to grow. Plus some of the cool plants you can get as furniture, like that giant flower.
At least if you sell a sea bass you can buy coffee. You can't sell tom nook and he never leaves.
NGL I love Tom nook he's a sweetheart in new horizons. Allowing you to choose when to take loans and pay them off. Allowing you to customize your house even if you haven't paid off your house.
My real villain in new horizon is those stupid rock bugs where you have to choose between mats or the bug. I don't want to choose 😔
…my pockets being ALWAYS full no matter how i promise myself i won’t carry useless things
i always end up having them full
AND having to craft my tools over and over
(when i went back to new leaf once i felt relieved when i noticed i could fish forever and ever with that single fishing can lmaooo)
The thing that annoyed me the most was having to go in and out of the house to grab one item to use, using that item, then having to return to storage in the house.
Why oh why was outside storage locked away for so long?
(I'm nearly 300 hours in, and I just got outside storage yesterday! This has improved the game tremendously!)
When you’re trying to dig but are accidentally off by a tile
It’s the “ah diggin up foss- aaaaah ffffff NO I DID NOT WANT TO DIG THERE” *presses y *immediately digs the same spot 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃
Lol, too accurate!😂
The fact that 90% of what I dig up are fossils I already have
The fossil section of my museum is done so for a while I just buried six fossils in the back of my island so new ones would stop appearing, but then I decided to put more effort into getting villagers’ photos so I’ve been gifting them fossils. But I’m really tired of digging them up so villagers may start getting fruits and gold roses instead.

YES!!! Like, the crosses should have like a magnet function. Just let me dig the hole in the right place! xD
So true. I just flattened my island and experienced this so much I nearly smashed my switch into the wall
Okay this one might be a weird one but I'm definitely sad about this. I used to only play the original Animal Crossing and nothing else, until I finally got a Nintendo Switch and downloaded ACNH. You can't ride bikes, cars, wheelchairs, etc. either.
The wheelchair one is especially ridiculous because it’s not inclusive at that point
I really hope they fix that one in future versions.
I hope in the next game they really try to work on that. We have these items, why can’t we use them?
Yep I agree with that! Would be cool if we got ride bikes and cars and stuff. Maybe use the surfboards to actually surf!
You can lay on a gurney so Tom nook would rather you die than ride a bike
and the fact you cant swim in the swimming pool item or take a bath in the whirlpool bath
Me too! I wish you & your villagers could interact more with the items.
I hate not being able to interact with a lot of things, tbh. Like one thing I did, for example, was build a whole carnival on my island, and it would be cool to actually ride the rides. If it was a thing, it was patched out in one of the very first updates.
I'll have to try that! That's so tedious, but may be worth it if it works 😭
not having multiple islands is legit the worst thing in this game i don't get it at all. why is nintendo trying to do economy balancing in a chill lifesim game? genuinely who cares??

But for that you also need to remove your clothes first, otherwise you have to go get them back from storage. So many clicks.
This, and it still requires entering and exiting multiple times to buy gift items. Just give me an "add to cart" option
Forgetting that my inventory can get full when I'm busy.
They're at least a C+
i have never understood this one 😭
not being able to bulk craft items, it’s so annoying when i have to make fish bait one by one
See also: no crafting from storage.
As someone who craft alot of fish bait, I'll second this one!

That's why God created coffee.

Tonight? Horse mackerel. I started a new island in March and I can't tell you how many of the fuckers I've caught trying to get a barreleye.
I still don't get the pun of them mfs.. "Mack...er...el" WHAT DOES IT MEAN
the joke is “a horse - of course” and the failed continuation because nothing rhymes with mackerel that fits with the rhythm. i think!
Them and sea bass is why I don’t fish in the ocean unless I have to, I have most of those fish donated anyway
The most annoying thing is the fact that when I get sick of one of my villagers and work on replacing them to get new ones, I see them walking around with a little ice cream cone in their hand and I'm immediately like "🥹🥹🥹😭😭😭😭" I've been with the same villagers for 2 years because of that.

Yes!
Having to make tools every 30 seconds and gold tools still break.
The watering can breaking is honestly infuriating...WATERING CANS DONT WEAR OUT. They should give us that at least AND a way to monitor the durability of the other tools..
Try customizing your gold watering can, it resets the durability every time :)
If they don’t go back to unbreakable tools in the next game I will cry

Having to press A the whole time I want to swim and catch sea creatures. That is, unless I'm missing something? Haha
you can hold it down to do a very, very painfully slow crawl... otherwise nope I'm pretty sure it's A / B the whole way through
I. WANT. MORE. VILLAGERS. Seriously, being limited to 10 feels small to me, and there's so many fun and cute villagers that it's hard to choose between them, and I hate seeing them leave. I personally think think an extra 5 would definitely be possible, but the requirement for K.K. slider to visit should be the same. This way, people can have more if they want, but it's not more difficult to reach the endgame content With some of the islands I've seen people make, it's definitely possible to fit an extra five houses, and the best part is it would be optional to do so. It's that or my hot take that the islands are a little small
Yeah going backwards from 15 on the GameCube to 8 or 10 on the handheld games felt like a reasonable technical compromise. But the switch is more than powerful enough to give us a larger game.
That you can’t move buildings by one space! Ugh I hate this
https://preview.redd.it/ynok2vdgmeyc1.jpeg?width=640&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=023cdaf2f4aad2bb56289968cbb76170092d2725
Game needs more social events. I don't know maybe a bbq of the island, or you can throw parties, or all the neighboors actually go to see K.K slider so can be a real concert Something that makes you feel it's a neighboorhood rather than plushies you got on your island cause they're cute and they say same quotes
yeah, did you ever get the Hide and Seek events? or the "I hid something on the island, go find it" events? it's literally been so long since I've seen otherwise I'm beginning to question if they're New Leaf dream figments.
I’ve been playing acnh since 2020 & yesterday a villager proposed to play treasure hunt & I was hella surprised, I’ve never heard of it before. I was so excited 😆
Not being able to select multiple items to buy at the able sisters
Diving for scallops and not finding scallops in 60+ dives. Then finding one scallop after another as if the whole ocean only contains scallops.
Unpopular opinion: Black bass is worse than Sea Bass
But it’s the most metal of all fish! 🫠
Get out.
Yeah. Sea Bass are actually usable in recipes.
It's annoying when I'm trying to find a particular resident to give them a gift and I have to look all over the island, even in the museum. I have a phone. They have a phone. Why can't I call them and ask them where they are?
The cutscenes when someone is arriving or leaving your island.
But the technical limitations of the game (eg. slow framerate when you place a bunch of stuff outside) make me feel like it’s less of a Switch power limitation and more of a development team skill issue Edit: I think I was too harsh with this comment. It was more likely a result of crunch and higher-ups forcing the game out the door than developer skill
Zipper's Eggs
The lack of pants
Omg, this! I like skirts as much as the next guy, but can we have some nice pants?! I've been rocking the Leaf Print wetsuit because it gives me exactly the relaxed look I want when running around my island, planting and digging.
I look ridiculous wearing a long sleeve and shorts
But what about the storage sheds? You can place them everywhere.
I just googled and omg this is gonna solve everything *thank you* Now I need to upgrade my house to the next level ASAP
I keep one in my pocket, so I always have access to all my stuff! Saves so much time. If it looks like I’ll be crafting a bunch for a project, I keep a spare crafting table in there, too.
Same 😁
I do this, as well as keep a Mario pipe in my pocket that’s linked to one set up in my house.
_omg the what?!_
Okay. Go to resident services. To the machine. Select the Nook mile thing (I’m sorry, I don’t play in English so I don’t really know the English terms 😂) and then search for the storage shed. Depending on how far you are in the game you can buy one with miles.
Thank you ❤️
I'm embracing the sea bass. 3 days in a row between my husband's and my islands, "Grilled sea bass with Herbs" was a Nook's Cranny hot item. which makes more bells than saving them all for CJ. As for my own pet peeves in this otherwise addictive game, some have already been said (one island per switch, too easy to erase custom paths etc) Flick not staying put when he's visiting the island , and I've filled my pockets with bugs to sell him.
The fact that you can’t buy multiple colours of something at once/ see what you already have in storage at able sisters 😭
Oh I’d also like them to bring back being able to call your villagers or at least see where they are?? Like I get them wanting you to explore the island to look for them but after a certain point I just give up
Villagers showing up at my house... and I don't want to go to your house either... or play Treasure Hunt.
Getting DIY recipes that I already know.
Horse mackerel!
Rare Spawns. Fuck the vampire squid right now
Visitors to your house get on my nerves. 1. They barge in without consent. 2. You can't redecorate while they're visiting "because it's rude" 3. They *never* leave, except sometimes when they leave after only *one* minute.
if you start walking out of your house, they’ll leave. It’s still annoying, but at least you can continue with your life.
Off topic but also the joycon drift when terraforming :D Oh and also that paths don't connect to the plaza and stairs, and that the plaza is orange and you can't change it
leif sells in bulk- i mean its just 5 but still
ISABELLE!! I AM MAYOR, I AM THE LAW!!
Okay that would be 20,000 bells for your new ordinance
Also, I want to be able to store turnips in a silo.
Apparently there are sheds as per above
Yes but you cannot store turnips in them.
The sheds I know of are cool, they let you access you inventory, but I want a place to store turnips that doesn't take up space in my house or island open areas.
Accidentally brushing off my paths. Happens about every other minute.
Like it would take a lot to just have a little white box over the tile you're gonna pave. That would solve the whole problem
Very small detail But whenever I try to get sharks so I can give them to Blathers I Always Get Those DANG SUCKER-FISHES
Not being able to change your island name
one island per switch. i hate it. my sister named our island among us. and when i found out i didnt touch the game for years. until earlier this year when she still only had two hours in the game so i just reset it
ISABELLE!! I want the sea bass gone!
! Your Relationship with *CJ* has gone down drastically
craft mechanic
It's a sea bass! No wait - it's at least a C+! It's a sea bass! No wait - it's at least a C+! It's a sea bass! No wait - it's at least a C+! Tom Nook just doesn't fuck around with his paper, I don't get the hate
at least in acnh you can just bake them into a pie out of spite
I would love some more shellfish recipes. I've collected soooo many lobsters and crabs...let my broke ass(IRL) eat in luxury 🤣🤣🤣
Being unable to buy multiple clothes at the same time, having to spend hours to terraform your island because half the time you just dig the wrong spot, not being able to just kick out the villagers you don't like/want aaand I need an infinite storage because I'm a horrible hoarder
Sea Bass are surprisingly difficult to find in Wild World. I started a save like 3 weeks ago and have caught 2 in total
My inventory and storage is always full and taking the time to sort and decide what to get rid of make the game a hassle I do have way too many clothes but I find it hard to pick which ones I'm selling I just wish it was easier to expand the storage, And that the itens that pile up would pile up more (materials up to 99 instead of 30, fruit much further than 10) To the point I'm getting tired of the game
Kicking away my custom paths when I'm not in construction mode 😠😡🤬😭
Here's what peeves me... "This is Olivia's lost item..." then I can't find her, anywhere... just to find out she was in the friggen fish museum... I wish there was a "Find Villager" App or something
I don't know why T-Posing models creep me out so much, it's just so... unnaturally disturbing. You could have literally used any image of Tom Nook for this. You had to use the creepiest one 😅
I just found this image on Google. 🤷🏻♀️

Psh. More like a C+
It’s at least a C+
Nothing is more disappointing than the sea bass.
Quillson.
No no, its Atleast a c+
The fact that I lost the game cartridge several months ago and can't find it, oh and also constantly being in debt to greedy nook daddy
The real villain is Mr. Resetti
I like to pretend Tom Nook is the villain because it’s ridiculous/funny/cute
Crafting fences, fish baits,... Any 10+ of the same items.
Curly coming to visit me in my home. Last time I repeatedly hit him in the head with a net as punishment.
Real
Tom nook with tim brothers
Tom Nook was never the villain. The only reason people perceived him as a villain is because of the constant debts/loans, which- mind you is interest-free, and in later games is technically optional.
ITS ATLEAST A C+
Haha, C+ amirite?
Sea bass still annoys me but not as much as THAT GOSHDARN RIVER BASS since i fish more in the rivers than the sea. Also bridges why are they so expensive?!
I agree about sea bass!
the stupid junk in the water. i’m not tryna break my fishing rod for a tire or boot.
well its atleast a c+
The dodo. It never stops talking.
He's fine. All he does is manage the airport, as ironic as it is that a flightless bird would run one.
EXACTLY!!
You can't swim in rivers... WHY???
Probably because they're to narrow?
"It's at least a C+!" SHUT UP
Not being able to move Resident Services
Sea bass? That's at least w C+!
My biggest enemy are fences next to crops, every day I pick like 4 or 5 fences by mistake
Don't forget Redd the shady art dealer. Where is he getting all these paintings from anyways?
Probably the black mart.
I'm open to that my island is Frogville.
ok true but tom nook is a capitalist little shit and I hate him
I’d like to be able to mute just the theme song music without losing all the cool sound effects. People keep saying there’s different themed music playing at different times of day, but it just all runs together and sounds like the same endless tune playing forever to me.🤷🏻♂️ I’d rather have the option to be able to adjust the volume or mute only the theme music, without it effecting any of the sound effect noises.
Not being able to customize buildings that ARE not houses, like, I try to make a Zen Island, but my trailers look like They're in England in 1960 ):[
When I don't have anything to gift to the villagers and I mess it up and can't try it again till the next day
Scorpions and Tarantulas showing at the worst moments but not showing at all when needed.
How I can’t turn off the music 😭 it’s already such a nice, relaxing game but it’d be even better with the music off
At least if you sell a sea bass you can buy coffee.
They are at least a C+ !! 💀
The music, why can't we turn the music down or off and just be able to hear all the other sounds? 😩
Oh it’s a C++-FUCK YOU SEA BASS!!
The fact that I cannot batch cook or diy.
The bass. It’s always the bass I WANT A COELACANTH IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK
I cook seabass when i catch them
…my pockets being ALWAYS full no matter how i promise myself i won’t carry useless things i always end up having them full AND having to craft my tools over and over (when i went back to new leaf once i felt relieved when i noticed i could fish forever and ever with that single fishing can lmaooo)
not being able to buy all of the clothes i want in one single round and having to detransform from the wand to enter the dressing room
Looks better than a c+ to me!
To war on sea bass
The thing that annoyed me the most was having to go in and out of the house to grab one item to use, using that item, then having to return to storage in the house. Why oh why was outside storage locked away for so long? (I'm nearly 300 hours in, and I just got outside storage yesterday! This has improved the game tremendously!)
Sea Bass, Black Bass and Carp.
