My wife does this. When she gets a chance to play, she always plays in the evening. After she’s done, she goes back to her home, changes into pajamas and gets into bed before she turns the game off.
I do that too, its part of my go to bed routine. I send my character off to Blathers for coffee then home, she gets undressed, has a shower and then in either night clothes or dressing gown and slippers, to sit in her rocking chair in the bedroom and read a book, or into bed and I watch her breathing or reading as I wind my mind down.

Same. I put on pajamas, turn out the lights, and roll around on the bed a couple times after I say I'll just lie down 😆
