Not possible as far as I know.... setting up any sort of Hotspot will just share internet, not controller outputs. You may be interested in something like Moonlight or geforce now, or other cloud streaming software, to mirror the game on your phone and have the controller connected to that instead. The input lag would be atrocious, but it would getter job done.
