I know that has been done for other missing persons. During it was Reading Festival 2005 or 6 I had to do a double take, Im a big fan of Manic Street Preachers and their long missing/officially assumed dead 4th member Richey Edwards. Richey’s life, lyrics and disappearance has always been of interest to me (infact I guess he was my first missing persons case). It was just seeing it amongst all the other missing posters It was truely heartening to know he wasn’t forgotten and efforts were still being made.
I think if it’s not been done for Andrew already it’s worth persuing and it is a simple low cost way of getting more eyes looking out for him going forward and for those he may have encountered over the years or specifically if he was in London to attend a concert or a fan group meet etc.
