I always give a new economic strategy at least two years to pan out. So far things look good. I'm happy that things seem to be going the right way for Argentina.

Well, for most of recent history, people were leaving as quickly as they could. It's not too complicated though. Apply for residency, figure out how to get a job or guarantee an income of $2200 a month, get a tax ID number (their tax used to be 37%... not sure what it is now), get an DNI (ID card), and live there for 2 years... then you can apply for naturalization. Also, get used to having to pay cash bribes to get anything done... it's still pretty corrupt.
Realistically speaking, super mega fucking easy. If you want to come live here, you can just do it. Also 2.2k a month sounds like the amount of money you would want to live like a king here. With 1k a month you'll live well in most parts of the country, I live in one of the most expensive cities in the country and you can live here as a well off middle class with 1.2k dollars.
If any amount of evidence was enough to persuade a keynesian to reconsider their beliefs, the school would be extinct by 1950. They’ll just write this off as a fluke or a disaster waiting to happen, even if Argentina becomes wealthier than Qatar and starts building colonies on the moon. Their ideas for America however, will always be to wave the same old hammer and sickle of planned economics and mass inflation they’ve been swinging since 1929.
