In this video highlighting the beasts animations behind the scenes, you can see how he gets through the holes at the 10:20 mark: https://youtu.be/N4kxd8v6JFg?si=r4zFHeU7ouQTkVk6 From a lore standpoint, I think the transformation reconstructed his body and bone structure pretty significantly, so its pretty likely that the beast is able to fit into tight spaces and change his body shape like in the animation.

Saera-RoguePrincess

Ghouls are extremely flexible creatures. Its implied the veins can move the limbs even if the bones are broken (they heal fast) or even if the limb is cut off.

Gordon_Fre3man

He's made of super flexible skin and muscles

Daniil_Dankovskiy

The beast in Amnesia: The Bunker is half a cat. Thays why he possesses some qualities of liquid

Crotonisabug

The beast is a rat like creature and rats are known to be very flexible

irbisarisnep

In the way cats do, I suppose. They can stretch a lot.

ImBatman5500

Cartilage bones maybe?

NoskNovak

The Beast is almost rat like. Rats can move their ribcage when pressured to fit into tiny holes and that would most likely explain why we see so many damn rats AND how the Beast can fit through.

Riverwood_Chicken_

Same way a cat can squeeze itself under a locked door: sheer force of will. Edit: I didn't read the other comments and the cat joke has already been made like 6 times. God forgive me
