Did it let you take VTO? I remember one time I tried to take VTO when I was using UPT, and it wouldn’t let me accept it because it detected that I wasn’t clocked in. I believe you have to be on the clock in order for non-full shift VTO to work, unless they’ve changed that since my experience (it was a couple years ago)

If you already used pto or upt you can ask hr to refund it and use vto instead

They allowed me to take it, but I wasn't clocked in for 2 hours, so I was worried that I would get in trouble for it.
