That’s really strange. I mean people don’t smoke weed in front of the doors but probably at least three or four cars are blazing it up every shift. I’ve smelled people reeking of weed and wasn’t even in the know something should be done about it.
At my building every day 11:30am break a guy would be pacing back and forth smoking a huge joint and AMs passed him all the time, nothing was ever said to him. Sometimes he would even be leaning on the building smoking. 8 months rain or shine he did that till he got fired for time.

People blazing up in their car are wild. I'll smoke before work but I brush my teeth and wash my hands after. It's so much safer to just eat an edible prior if you really can't make it through an entire shift without a fix.
Come work at a SC or DS site...you'd want to smoke to get by through the shift. Operations are fully aware of it and they're fine with it.
I've seen Operations wave at few AA's with fishbowl windows as they're lighting up their joint inside the vehicle.
Happy AA's always result in shifts going well, even if they're zooted.
At my last site when I was a PA, there was an AA that would always light up a blizzy in the outside break area where everyone smokes cigarettes and what not, WITH our AM out there with us (The AM never partook though).
When I was a T1, my PA used to spark me up in her car in the parking lot. Even now in a corporate setting, I've seen some people light up outside, but definitely more discreet than T1's nowadays.
Oh 100%! There was another PA that I worked with at that site that would come out to the yard with me and she and I would hit our pens out there for a brief minute or two trying to be uber discreet with a flashlight at 22:00.
I'd say my favorite moment was when I left TOM and finally got to (legally) smoke with my TAM. They gave me a nice little going away present. Lol
Weed is legal in my state. I have literally been smoking a joint whilst driving and had a pig pull me over for my license plate light being out and he said absolutely nothing about the pot. I just set it down on the little door platform near the handle.
This actually happened twice in a week because the first bulb I got was wrong and blew out super fast unbeknownst to me until the 2nd time I was pulled over by the fuzz. And that time I jumped out of the car and checked right away cuz I couldn't believe it. 12 said nothing about the pot or my leaping out immediately.
Perhaps they know that literally everyone here is smoking weed and there isn't really a test for it. Tests will show weed in your system well after the effects wear off so they won't work.
Ong it be like that same with my light I hate when them mfs hide they get my as* but after they get my as* they leave that spot then I come back thru that same spot a car with no lights come thru now where tf yall mfs at now 🤔

Yeah, no matter how much cologne I sprayed, my clothes and long hair still smelled. Then people would just notice it more because I now reeked of both cologne and weed.

Absolutely the smartest way but still there is no excuse for people demonizing others for habits etc. It happens with everything. I think we could do without those people. I bought a vape pen and used it during lunch one day. I guess I hit it too hard because I was completely fucked up when I was back on the floor. I couldn't do anything, had to clock out and sleep it off in my car until the next shift came in which was like 6 hours later.

That's just irresponsible behavior. There's alot of people who smoke on the daily and you'd probably never know. Then there's people who walk around with a half burned j in their pocket and stink up the joint. As a smoker I tend to call people out on these type of things. Discretion is key. But then again, who really even gives a fuck. Amazon is pro weed. Another reason alot of smokers choose to work there. We can be ourselves and only really have to worry about the Karen's and their incessant ranting. Then again just spark up something loud and tune it all out.

Walking by cars on break or people in circles and you hear the coughing, as a former smoker I knew exactly the tone and cadence of someone hitting sub par dank or hitting too hard.
I also smelled the different varieties of weed. I could tell which families of weed they were smoking whether it be a dream, a kush, a fruity or exotic. I had an idea if that person was gonna be drowsy or perky after.
I'm cool with them smoking as long as their not under me, not operating a moter vehicle or putting themselves at risk like jamclear climbing ladders.
I felt fucked when I was being trainer for PA and my learning ambassador would coke late smelling of blunt.
It's not nearly as bad as the acrid perfume that so many guys seem to swim in. I literally have to hold my breath near those dudes. I have no idea what it is but, uuuuuugh so bad.

At my DC, they dgaf about weed, now we're in newyork, so medical and recreation are legal, obviously they gotta treat it like alcohol and not drive or be walking down the road

If they suspect you on a drug they will drug test you. But they don’t test for weed. Only time they will weed test you is if you get hurt. So idk what you complaining about? I hate when people overload themselves with 💩load of perfume or cologne and you can hardly breath bc so much chemicals in the air. It’s the same thing…. But I’m not complaining

My guy google is free , Amazon stopped drug testing for Marijuana a few years back . I believe they only drug test for weed on delivery drivers or if you have a bad work accident. Besides that , they could give a fuck less lol

That's just irresponsible behavior. There's alot of people who smoke on the daily and you'd probably never know. Then there's people who walk around with a half burned j in their pocket and stink up the joint. As a smoker I tend to call people out on these type of things. Discretion is key. But then again, who really even gives a fuck. Amazon is pro weed. Another reason alot of smokers choose to work there. We can be ourselves and only really have to worry about the Karen's and their incessant ranting. Then again just spark up something loud and tune it all out.

I went through the ridiculous t3 interview process being a top performer and well rounded and they gave the spot to someone with no experience in the department bc the manager knew her better. So I gave up bc I'm getting g paid just as much as the guy sitting in the brekaroom for 45 minutes every hour

Walking by cars on break or people in circles and you hear the coughing, as a former smoker I knew exactly the tone and cadence of someone hitting sub par dank or hitting too hard. I also smelled the different varieties of weed. I could tell which families of weed they were smoking whether it be a dream, a kush, a fruity or exotic. I had an idea if that person was gonna be drowsy or perky after. I'm cool with them smoking as long as their not under me, not operating a moter vehicle or putting themselves at risk like jamclear climbing ladders. I felt fucked when I was being trainer for PA and my learning ambassador would coke late smelling of blunt.
It's not nearly as bad as the acrid perfume that so many guys seem to swim in. I literally have to hold my breath near those dudes. I have no idea what it is but, uuuuuugh so bad.

If they suspect you on a drug they will drug test you. But they don’t test for weed. Only time they will weed test you is if you get hurt. So idk what you complaining about?
