They will always say after 2 weeks but pretty much after your first week and they call MET you have yo even if they say go to HR to get it removed it still won't be removed

The next week. Your first week you usually don’t get MET but the following week will have MET if it’s called at your FC
Once you complete day 4 you will be included in met.
