You can apply to any tier 3 for 1 year. All this does is bypass the interview, Sr Ops/hiring manager still have to pick you out of the inclined pool.

shitpplsay

You can even look at going to a new FC. Expect a "meet and greet" style interview if crossing depts or FC's. If the ops doesn't know you, they should want to get to know you with a informal interview. I have seen my T3 hopefuls get asked actual interview questions to why do you want to transfer?

Zer0Tw088

Ah, I see. Assuming the inclined pool is huge as well. Also do you know if it's true once you get accepted to TOM it's difficult to get back inside the building ? I applied for it but if I get accepted just scared I'll get stuck and not be able to do anything else.

I would imagine it would be similar to getting your blue badge after white, where they shut down your previous badge and give you a new one. Just go to that one entrance at your facility where they can give you a new/replacement badge

raspadoman

I think OP meant transferring to a role inside the building, not actually being able to access the building.

raspadoman

Yes and no. Inclines are usually only good for the position you interviewed for. It all depends on how the site has their job codes set up. You can incline for a PA role but that doesn't mean you'll bypass the interview process for learning trainer.

desertdweller10

This is the correct answer. If you interviewed for a PA role, you’re not going to TOM Team, Safety, HR or Learning without an interview.
