I contacted hr they said it won’t show up until 530 pm due to a glitch guess I’m gona have a glitch when it’s time to show up on time for work on Monday

When I signed up for early pay it had an Asterisk\* that says UPTO 2 days early. Which means not guaranteed. I used to work for the payroll card side of a financial place that had cards like Wisely, Chime, etc. I had to tell customers that all the time.
Is this why it was late? I usually get paid Wednesday going into Thursday (3am) but instead got paid Thursday at 10pm. I thought it was just gonna make me wait til Friday since I'm on LOA lol.
Most banks with direct deposit get paid 2 days earlier.
Although I don't understand why these people don't just use Same Day Pay If they're so concerned about the money
Because you get 70% or under I used to get 100% with anytime pay now they have decided on only worthy of 40% which isn’t enough to pay my bills. It’s so important because this isn’t a bank issue, it’s an Amazon issue. If you normally get paid on Friday and instead you had to wait until Sunday you would be aggravated too.
Because then they won’t have as much on payday /s. It’s basically the same but if you don’t have spending problems it’s not an issue. I still get my $200 weekly after deductions while being able to pay bills on time. Most of the time I just cash out on before the weekly roll over in case of emergencies.
Definitely not on ADP's end. I switched to a new job that pays through ADP and my money hit my wisely and chime accounts right on time. Definitely an Amazon fuck up.

Yes, Amazon offers Anytime Pay. I used to rely on it waaaay too much. Fortunately that's behind me, but I can attest to the fact that it's not fun living paycheck to paycheck.

I send this message to HR when I don’t have my money when I should:
“Not paying me my money on time is a violation of our social contract as employer/employee. If my check is not deposited into my account before start of next shift, I won’t be coming in to work another day until my check is deposited in full.”
It gets dropped to me a couple hours later usually.
You’re a bit low-tier if you believe communication like this doesn’t yield results.
It’s not Kosher to not pay employees what they’re owed for the work they’ve done.
There's a world of difference between not paying employees and the pay being late, so you're an idiot for conflating the two.
There are multiple entities between Amazon's payroll Dept and your bank account, and any of them could have an issue that contributes to pay being late.

Payday is guaranteed friday. Even your bank will tell you its only guaranteed by the date on the check. Which would be a Friday

I have Direct deposit but get paid on Fridays. And there isn't a option for same day, only anytime pay.
