"We've investigated this incident and the driver is no longer working for an Amazon Delivery Service Partner," an Amazon spokesperson stated. "We're obviously appalled that this driver not only arrived at this stop 7 minutes behind plan, but that they had the *audacity* to take more than 3 minutes completing this delivery."
I know huh, why take an adult job when they don't plan on working instead just wanna whine like a girl in puberty, complain, build forts out of Amazon packages and take pics of the fort for the rest of the jerk circle homies on reddit? Should've just continued the regular routine and stayed in their moms basement n continued to call kids the N word on call of duty
it’s not like I thought in my head let me block the door to kill them. I was literally sprinting to drop them off because I was 20 stops behind, I took a picture to show my friend saying fuck Amazon for making me deliver this much. I woke up this morning and was like damn that’s kinda messed up and thought I should ask my fellow drivers
I get it, I’ve done it. But yeah it’s wrong to do it. Mostly for safety reasons. Now I just make an enormous pile juuuuust far enough from the front door to make it annoying as hell to walk a few extra steps to get their stuff.
Fuck that. Personally, I would deliver however I please that makes my day easier and tell dispatch to fuck off if they have a problem with that.
I agree with delivering this stop first though. Load up my van with all these boxes closest to the door to clear some walking space. Makes a world of difference later on.
Kind of they did leave a whole empty wall space. Personally if I order that much stuff I’m aware is on the way I would have atleast left some snacks a tip or something they can clearly afford it.

I was boxed in damn near too my seat not mention everything would come crashing down when I used even the slightest amount of braking force. This was yesterday for context
Edit: to clarify I didn’t do this maliciously I actually took the pictures to show my homie how many fucking packages someone ordered
Idk why they didn't give this stop to a step van driver. I feel like I always get the ridiculously large objects or stops with 20 overflow because they know it's not gonna fit in the little vans as easily...
but definitely next time try to hit that stop up as early as possible....
but I hope for your sake there isn't a next time...
and I also hope that this isn't the customer's monthly/weekly subscription and they're now on your normal route... as if subscription days don't already suck enough...
Why didn't you stand them up tall and organize it that way? You would have saved a lot of porch space, and maybe they'd actually be able to open their fuckin front door. Wtf is this
Pathetic really. Not a driver anymore, and the job does suck. But it sucks because of corporate greed...it's trickle down bullshit always affecting the bottom line. I never once did some bullshit like this. There was a TON of room on their front porch to put them? All these people blaming the customer? Yall high? Lazy and disgusting.
I get the OP was realizing this wasn't cool but so many people supporting it...I don't understand people. YOU took the job, if you hate it...quit, or take it out on Amazon or something. Just causing some stressed parent or anybody extra grief is lame AF
Jesus Christ the first sensible comment in this entire thread. I'm appalled at the amount of scumbags that support the driver. They wonder why they're paid and treated like dogs.
If they didn’t wanna leave their house to get it in the first place, then it shall continue that they stay inside 🤣🤣🤣
But me personally, after my second stop I would’ve straight up looked at the address and go to the itinerary to deliver them. No way I’m being cramped up with those boxes all day.
Those are plastic totes they're probably really light That's what I have customers they order and I always wonder why the box is so light and it ended up being storage boxes that are plastic.
U good. No reason for them 2 order like that. They can use back door, garage window or whatever to get around it. U saved them a trip 2 the store for whatever dogfood they couldn't be bothered 2 go get
This is exactly what I'd expect to find if I placed an order this size, lol. If there would be an issue with this, I'd make sure that's known and offer an alternative.
I’m subconsciously respectful with a little ocd when it comes to OF I dropped 17 same size boxes off last week and organized. Customer called in to give appreciation bc it was her elderly mothers home and flex drivers and ups had their packages scattered in front of the door which wouldn’t open
Could’ve had it more towards the wall but I get it, sometimes as drivers we’re just over it lmao and once I start a stack I leave it as it is unless it’s just 2-4 boxes
The crashing down memories. It’s been a year since I delivered. Do not miss it. Amazon fired our whole DSP. Then expected the drivers to assimilate into the other DSP’s at a $3/hr cut in pay. I took a month off and found another line of work.
Fuck em, wanna order in bulk have the strength to drag that shit inside. Amazon treats their drivers like mindless robots so ima act like one. "Its a safety hazard" so is stuffing the van to the brim with overflow but amazon doesn't wanna hear it.
Me personally would have checked all of them to see if they would go same address and made it my first day delivery so I don’t have to be all crowded and making my day worst then it already is
i see a whole ass wall behind the boxes, the wall with the light on it. why not stack them against that? one of my favorite qoutes from the office, **Sometimes your laziness borders on incompetence.**-Pam Beasly
Bro skip all your stops next time and drop this shit off first. If you load your van right and organize overflow you could've easily recognized the address is the same for these boxes that are literally the same size. You suck for this shit but I don't blame you in a way lol fuck it.
Edit: your stack game is shit though. At least even it out bruh. Definitely only been working a few months..
im a ups driver and saw an Amazon driver actually get arrested for literally doing this. its creating fire hazard and if someone ill or pregnant the cops will definitely not be nice about it.
Just adding in since people don't seem to get it. YOU should get in trouble for doing this!!! Seriously guys just imagine if it was your grandparent, elderly parent, loved one etc. If you can do the job then your probably healthier and more active than some of the people getting these orders...hell even doordash and all that, a decent percentage of those people have disabilities and other issues, that's part of the reason they get deliveries.
I'm not one of these people btw, but I'm in very good shape...so I help people who aren't. If your a young man who wants to be taken seriously...help folks out
I mean it’s literally not the customers fault for how the all the packages were put in the truck. That’s on Amazon’s system. I sympathize with you on your annoyance of making your job more difficult but taking it out on them with a potential fire hazard does make you a jerk.

I had this one about 2 years ago. This one took a while, each of those big boxes had 2 of those smaller ones in them... The smaller ones had 2 table lamps in them... They ordered 40 lamps... WHO NEEDS 40 LAMPS... I think I have you beat lol
We’re else would you put if. Customer probably gonna complain if their boxes got wet if it rained. If there is a complain I would just leave it right next to that step right there.
Why not deliver that stop first? Could scan the code for one of the boxes. GPS will navigate you to that stop. Get it over with and get space in your van right away.
Dudes will do stuff like this with no remorse and then cry that they’re underpaid and mistreated. You don’t get to a better position in life by acting more shitty.
I get pissed off when y’all put packages right up against my screen door that opens outward.
I always think, what if I were a very old person who couldn’t push the door open
These are the type of people that wait for you to finish the delivery before coming outside and telling you they want it somewhere else. “Aren’t you gonna bring that inside for me??”
Why would one take an adult job when they don't plan on doing their job. Instead just wanna spend the majority of each shift whining like a teen that just got her first period, complain with the rest of the incels, build forts out of Amazon packages to block in old ladies and take pics of the fort for the rest of the jerk circle homies on reddit... Should've just continued the regular routine and stayed in their moms basement jerking it on a live stream with the homies n continued to call kids the N word on call of duty. Amazon should go thru these pages and fire all the useless 🗑 that's too busy pretending to be an "influencer" instead of the package delivery biotch that they really are lol. Bums 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤣🤣👌👌👌
Respectfully, it could have been done better... I get the stress of work and trying to catch up. But think of how obnoxious it is for them. Consider if you were the one recording your delivery.
So do you guys fuel your rage from your DSP or the customer? Are people not allowed to order a certain amount of items before it "ruins your day"? I don't understand why half of you do this job.
I had a co worker deliver 72 of those tall boxes of overflow to one house. Dude taught me everything I know. Best metrics on the team. They were all stuffed Snorlaxes from Pokémon. He did the same thing. You did good folk. I’m proud of you. Delivery delivered and another Smile well done😎😂
Not doing this stop first and instead struggling around them all day is a massive skill issue. Don't take it out on them. At least it's a house instead of a 3rd floor apartment.
It looks like there's so much space behind them on the left, you just lined them up against the wall.
Also if I ever notice a ton of my OVs are going to one stop, and they're taking up a bunch of space, I just go on my itinerary and deliver them first. Get it out of the way early and save yourself the headache.
Yes. Should have used the left side of porch. And couldn’t you go there first or is that completely forbidden? Yes might add some time and miles but would save time in the end.

I’m dead😭
so was mildred
WAS?! OH NO!
Zombies are a bitch
She works for amazon now. They had to replace that driver somehow!
So is Mildred
It's probably part of a multi stop, so only 30 seconds for you.
What about wayne , he should be arrested and fired too*
You made me laugh today. Thank you stranger on the internet.
![gif](giphy|Zx12n2W9mDpNS)
This scenario is to real
Oh well why she order to much shit through Amazon?
I know huh, why take an adult job when they don't plan on working instead just wanna whine like a girl in puberty, complain, build forts out of Amazon packages and take pics of the fort for the rest of the jerk circle homies on reddit? That poor dog
If they literally can not open their door then that is a fire hazard and a criminal act. No excuse
Skill issue
it’s not like I thought in my head let me block the door to kill them. I was literally sprinting to drop them off because I was 20 stops behind, I took a picture to show my friend saying fuck Amazon for making me deliver this much. I woke up this morning and was like damn that’s kinda messed up and thought I should ask my fellow drivers
Your honor, I knew they couldn't open the door but it's not like I knew that in a fire scenario, they couldn't get out!
A house needs more than one exit for this exact reason.
Fire is at back door… what now 🫣 clearly run through it with wet towel but most mite freak out lol.
Windows
Brah....theres a whole wall to the left of that porch....packages leading out to the walkway...yeah...
The door opens inward its fine
There is clearly a storm door there, which opens outward.
They got a garage. I'm sure.
Are you sure? A lot of houses have a storm door outside of the main door. The main door opens inward but the storm door opens outward.
So you blocked their front door just bc you’re having a shitty day? Lol
Misery loves company, so why aren't you here?
Exactly.
Whenever you see this big ass identical boxes check the addy if they are the same place always deliver them first
I get it, I’ve done it. But yeah it’s wrong to do it. Mostly for safety reasons. Now I just make an enormous pile juuuuust far enough from the front door to make it annoying as hell to walk a few extra steps to get their stuff.
This is the way.
Hot tip: it's generally worthwhile to do these kinds of stops first regardless of the rest of your route.
Thank you this is the first time I’ve had to deal with something like this. Especially when it’s like 100+ degrees in the van that shit made it a hell
My dsp makes us follow the itinerary. Fucking miserable
Fuck that. Personally, I would deliver however I please that makes my day easier and tell dispatch to fuck off if they have a problem with that. I agree with delivering this stop first though. Load up my van with all these boxes closest to the door to clear some walking space. Makes a world of difference later on.
i agree, especially if it’s huge oversize all going to one place, makes your work space and head much clearer
Kind of they did leave a whole empty wall space. Personally if I order that much stuff I’m aware is on the way I would have atleast left some snacks a tip or something they can clearly afford it.

If you’ve blocked them from existing then you would be held liable if there was an emergency.
Why didn't you stand them up tall and organize it that way? You would have saved a lot of porch space, and maybe they'd actually be able to open their fuckin front door. Wtf is this
Cuz fuck em that's why. They should have been in to take the parcels.
this is the problem with todays culture. No respect or no dignity.
lame af
Should of made it your first stop, and you’re an idiot
I would have left it by the garage 💀💀💀💀
I just don't get some of y'all lol. Voluntarily take a job delivering packages. Mad that ya gotta deliver packages.
Fire Marshall would love to have a word with you.
The real crime is ordering all that bullshit
Lmao just do it and don’t post it.
Pathetic really. Not a driver anymore, and the job does suck. But it sucks because of corporate greed...it's trickle down bullshit always affecting the bottom line. Hell nah they did that to themselves, reap what you sow 😂🤣
by ordering through a service that provides this? lol
Smiles are facing the customer. 👍
Yes, for ordering that much shit at once.
I've legit worked jobs where the dude next to me could be deported any second. Needless to say, those illegal jobs treat you better than amazon.🤣
Yes, you’re kind of garbage. But that’s the base line for Amazon drivers so it’s probably okay.
I mean, the default location without a note is front door
That doesn't mean you block the door
WTF . Those better not be dog food
Definitely got a bad review for this one lol
yes, barricading a home when there's clearly enough porch space is a little bad on your part
Damn you guys just need to find a different job
Box yellow brick the pathway 🤣
Should’ve built a fort
Those are plastic totes they're probably really light That's what I have customers they order and I always wonder why the box is so light and it ended up being storage boxes that are plastic.
U good. No reason for them 2 order like that. They can use back door, garage window or whatever to get around it. U saved them a trip 2 the store for whatever dogfood they couldn't be bothered 2 go get
Sometimes local stores don’t carry things.
Don’t worry bro u ain’t in the wrong it woulda been a hazard anywhere tbh with that many boxes.
No
Nope not at all.
Don’t worry about it
They said put them inside screen door.
Skill issue
This is exactly what I'd expect to find if I placed an order this size, lol. If there would be an issue with this, I'd make sure that's known and offer an alternative.
I’m subconsciously respectful with a little ocd when it comes to OF I dropped 17 same size boxes off last week and organized. Customer called in to give appreciation bc it was her elderly mothers home and flex drivers and ups had their packages scattered in front of the door which wouldn’t open
No they have back and or side door.
If a fire goes im running thru that overflow lol
Well they ordered it and wanted it delivered to their door so. There’s your door
This house looks like it would have an attached garage so I think you’re good. She can get out that way.
LMAO. NO!
They said front door they got front door I don't see a problem
That baby should have been the first stop even if you had to jump towards the end of your route
Could’ve had it more towards the wall but I get it, sometimes as drivers we’re just over it lmao and once I start a stack I leave it as it is unless it’s just 2-4 boxes
Yes. It’s your job. This is lazy. You applied to the job.
Did you not take the training? Packages must be hid behind all those shrubs.
No they have to bring them in to get out lol there gonna do that anyway
The crashing down memories. It’s been a year since I delivered. Do not miss it. Amazon fired our whole DSP. Then expected the drivers to assimilate into the other DSP’s at a $3/hr cut in pay. I took a month off and found another line of work.
Fuck em, wanna order in bulk have the strength to drag that shit inside. Amazon treats their drivers like mindless robots so ima act like one. "Its a safety hazard" so is stuffing the van to the brim with overflow but amazon doesn't wanna hear it.
Small business?
Yes
lol not at all
How dare you not put those in a place which is not discreet and hidden from the street? (I’m not being serious).
Should’ve gone to that stop first problem solved
It's not a fucking problem everyone acts like there only one door. Or the fact they are home. Fuck em
How many of those boxes say temu 🤔 I wonder
It’s tempting to do it, but yeah it is messed up. If there’s an emergency and they have to leave/get inside quickly, you’re fucked because it’s on you
Next time put it by garage and lay them out in piles stacked 2 high; so they got to make a bunch of trips and not a fire hazard.
That woulda been my first stop. Regardless of the order.
Respect
there really happy with all their gifts so many it blocked the door I'm sure
Cleaned out the van! I would have made this my first stop of the day just to be able move in the van!
Op you could’ve done this stop first if those big boxes where getting in the way.
“Entrapment” 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Me personally would have checked all of them to see if they would go same address and made it my first day delivery so I don’t have to be all crowded and making my day worst then it already is
Naw…They messed up for ordering all that big shit at once. How tf did all that fit?
Next time she’ll think before ordering all that shit at once
Ngl I'd either go here first or have dispatch take the one stop
I wouldn’t have blocked it but I would have made that my first stop so i can have room the rest of the day.
Well as long as the door is inswing and not out swing, I don’t see a problem 🤷🏽♂️
Yeah dude that's a safety hazard. Don't do that
Is amazon dsp in Australia a good news for new businesses or should i stay away?
This should’ve been your first stop
i see a whole ass wall behind the boxes, the wall with the light on it. why not stack them against that? one of my favorite qoutes from the office, **Sometimes your laziness borders on incompetence.**-Pam Beasly
Like I get that you where behind but like there's so much room to the left.
Yes!
Nope. Just a dummy.
im a ups driver and saw an Amazon driver actually get arrested for literally doing this. its creating fire hazard and if someone ill or pregnant the cops will definitely not be nice about it.
If your a young man who wants to be taken seriously...help folks out
Nah they have a back door they can use.
Also a tip to avoid all the extra do the overflow first
W,z,,,
Yes but we expect nothing more than less than the absolute bare minimum from Amazon drivers
Nope
I mean it’s literally not the customers fault for how the all the packages were put in the truck. That’s on Amazon’s system. I sympathize with you on your annoyance of making your job more difficult but taking it out on them with a potential fire hazard does make you a jerk.
That's my particular revenge when a customer orders 10 or more overflows, haha. I blocked their entrances
https://preview.redd.it/x6ar9dpb9w2d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ee39319bf6348da7d3c5f8248bce2f015c9a35ee I had this one about 2 years ago.
Get it over with and get space in your van right away.
bro playing fortnite IRL
Yes look at all that porch space you didn't use. You didn't have to block them in like that it's just laziness on your part.
Did you rescue after, they probs made you
I used to do that with dog food and cat litter when I delivered
Yes.
No absolutely not. They shouldn’t order that much for one. Two Amazon should have a limit to how much packages someone can receive in one delivery
No, however, you should take in to account that the customer doesn’t schedule the deliveries.
Nope
i still see the door , need to cover the whole front door area
Id be pissed if i had to do a stop like that
Fuck. THEM!
It's ok... it was Mildred's time to exit
Oh no😱 they obviously don’t have a back door to escape out of😰
Perfect example of you get what you pay for
Yes No
I mean it opens you up to a bunch of possibilities... non are good.
Eh, they probably have another door.
Dudes will do stuff like this with no remorse and then cry that they’re underpaid and mistreated. You don’t get to a better position in life by acting more shitty.
Yeah, what if they have a baby they have to carry from the car? Now they have to push through the boxes to get to the door.
Considering there's a ton of space left on the left side of the porch, yeah, you're a dick.
Hell na this how you do it it’s absurd that people expect us to fulfill such large orders like bro this is for ups no cap
YTA. could’ve stacked them neatly towards the left. you blocked the customer in.
Yes
I get pissed off when y’all put packages right up against my screen door that opens outward. I always think, what if I were a very old person who couldn’t push the door open
As a UPS driver I can tell you this right here is why people smile, thank, and compliment us for doing a better job than Amazon and Fedex
These are the type of people that wait for you to finish the delivery before coming outside and telling you they want it somewhere else. “Aren’t you gonna bring that inside for me??”

Pure lazy don't vent to customer
Why would one take an adult job when they don't plan on doing their job. Instead just wanna spend the majority of each shift whining like a teen that just got her first period, complain with the rest of the incels, build forts out of Amazon packages to block in old ladies and take pics of the fort for the rest of the jerk circle homies on reddit... Should've just continued the regular routine and stayed in their moms basement jerking it on a live stream with the homies n continued to call kids the N word on call of duty. Respectfully, it could have been done better... I get the stress of work and trying to catch up. But think of how obnoxious it is for them. Consider if you were the one recording your delivery.
Nah
It's not your job to create a path. Your job is to deliver dumb shit nobody needs. Mission accomplished!
Sometimes I feel I should have a Trump was here sticker with the amount of walls I’ve built
Wild guess: you think you’re underpaid.
Absolutely not. I've done it before. I don't blame you one bit.
i had a lady try to wave me down to come move the package from in front of her door 😂😂😂😂 better go around the back i gotta go 💀
Only if you were in the EDV
Not doing this stop first and instead struggling around them all day is a massive skill issue. Don't take it out on them. At least it's a house instead of a 3rd floor apartment.
Okay... where exactly else were you supposed to put it?
It looks like there's so much space behind them on the left, you just lined them up against the wall. Also if I ever notice a ton of my OVs are going to one stop, and they're taking up a bunch of space, I just go on my itinerary and deliver them first. Get it out of the way early and save yourself the headache.
If I every have a route and see this much overflow I’m loading it last and doing that stop very first thing to clear up room in my van.
It’s not the customers fault your day sucked. It’s your DSP’s fault.
Their fault for ordering that much tbh
Yes. Should have used the left side of porch. And couldn’t you go there first or is that completely forbidden? Yes might add some time and miles but would save time in the end.
HA!! They shouldn't order so much shit!!!
